How To Wax A Surfboard

Honestly, there's no right or wrong way to wax your board, everyone has their different techniques, even all of us here at Boardshop. This is one of the most popular and effective ways we use and will ensure your feet stay firmly stuck to your board when out and riding!
1. Make sure your board is clean!
2. Pick the right wax for the temperature of water you'll be surfing in
3. Apply a base coat by using tropical wax in a criss cross pattern
4. Go over again with your top coat (Most often cool or cold in the UK) in small light circles until beads start to appear.

Mrs.Palmers always been my favorite wax.The only way I wax my board is rail to rail nose to tail.I never do circles and have the gnarliest bumps ever.
