One of the best Crew Chiefs ever, Jr’s ego cost him some when he let Tim go after the 92 season Elliott and Tim had it together could have won a lot of more races and possibly Championship… Thanks for bringing these great memories back when racing was great 👍
Brewer talking about Grand American Series, I traded for a 1968 Cougar driven by CB Gwyn in the Talladega GA race. I race that car in 1987, 88 and 1989. That car won the last race it ever ran in the last race in 1989 at Kingsport Speedway on the dirt. That car finished 5th in that Talladega race Brewer spoke about.
i was at the first talledega 500 . the #21 car my favorite looked 6 years old . i dont know why . it was my birthday , and i learned 30 years later , that you could trade in your ticket for a new one at a later date . of course i never did that
Did anyone else notice how Tim jumped around from topic to topic without finishing? He also pauses a lot, and then says something completely foreign to his previous topic?
He's a lucky guy if he was spraying Emron paint even with a mask that stuff was dangerous i know a number of old painters who are sick from spraying it
Juniors new wife called the shots Junior was done with nsscar he never could have raced in this era of spec cars and minimal adjustment and input Tim brewer was a great crew chief if Darryl stayed with junior he would have had 3 more championships
This "Tim Brewer" is nothing but a fake. I have heard some stories about this guy. After you hear some of these stories, you will never watch this guy again. Stay tuned......
Man I love this guy, I could listen to him all day.

Gotta love these videos! I USED to be a nascar fan. Not so much anymore.

Same here. I bet I haven’t watched 200 laps total in 15 years.

Unfortunately, I can't relate to the cookie cutter vehicles and the lack of personality in today's NASCAR.
Imagine how far Tim Brewer would have made it had he had just a little confidence . Poor guy.
Thank you so much for doing these shows I just love the history.
I can listen to Tim Brewer all day and all night I'd give anything to meet him I've never heard anybody that's smart
I never really got tired of listening to these stories. Just got more interested. Maybe get an idea of what stock car racing was like during his era.
When he said Mississippi, makes me wonder if they ran that track on hwy 20 outside of Jackson,it was a nascar sacntion race track

How Did Tim Brewer Left Junior Johnson At The End Of 1992 Season Thanks For Uploading Rick And Steve
It’s on the podcast. He was basically fired.
@@thesuneversets Before Moving To Number 22 Ford Thunderbird From Final Chapter In 1993
Junior fired him, but not directly. He had someone else do it.
He sided with Flossie in the divorce and tried to take th teams off junior
He needs to bottle that attitude and sell it.
