Looks like it'll be a winner
Hopefully you or Mike at Tactical Considerations will do a review on the MAC 1911 DS and the Tisas 1911 DS
I've been a 1911 guy for decades but never would carry one because of the ammo capacity. I love seeing all the lower end 2011's coming on the market. Now if manufacturers would get it through there heads that every gun should be cut for a red dot!
1500 rounds in on one right now and it's still running strong. We did a 500 round burn down and it kept on chugging.
I have this one, flawless so far, soft shooting great gun. I already replaced the grip on mine with an MJD villain grip and tune the trigger to 3 and 1/2 lb.
SDS imports doing great work.
I think all of these companies should be paying royalties to John Wick.
I ordered the standard DS tisas but I should've ordered the MAC one!
Yea the triggers are wayyyy diferent. The MAC is much better
Well double stack 1911 is different than 2011 style. Ria has double stack but its a wide body. LFA and Tisa/Mac (same thing) are 2011 style.
Just ordered my MAC 9 DS 🤗
For under 1K I think it's an amazing pistol. Sure it's not a Staccato but it's a fine pistol and so I purchased another for the wife.
With all the new 1911 companies or double stack nine mill companies coming out I’m starting to miss full dust covers on these pistols.
And most important, NO MIM parts!!!! Everyone forgets to mention that. Good review otherwise.
Great price for a 2011,great video.
Does Tisas own MAC?
No.
Mac sent the specs, and Tisas built it.
Sweet shooter!! Shot with Turkish made BPS 124 grain and it did not like it, because of a harder primer i was told. Shot with lawman, federal and no problems. With the right ammo this thing is tops!
I had the same problem with fiocchi primers in hand loads. About 1 round per magazine wouldn’t go bang. There was a primer strike but didn’t fire. With hammer fired guns no issues but with striker fired had issues. With CCI primers no issues. I guess there’s a big problem with hard primers coming from overseas.
Look great I will buy
Hopefully they’ll make a comp for the MAC 1911 DS. Love that Bull barrel, but would be awesome to have a comp on it too
Shooting to the left?
is it actually a tisas?
That checkered gripen of hers, did you put it on? Because the one on the website doesn't have this checkered texture!
I just bought a new Henry revolver 357 mag from KYGUNCO! Really enjoy your reviews also!
there beautiful.
I own several pistols, but never shot a 1911 style. What are the advantages of a 1911?
Once you shoot a 1911 you won’t ever buy a polymer pistol again.
@@Ryan-hw7qb Why?
@@Ryan-hw7qb yes you will.
@@weirdshibainujust buy a cheap one and have fun
I think the answer you're looking for is the 1911 style pistols have a very good trigger and grip angle. It fits the hand very well.
Your shots are pushing left because that trigger is still too much weight
Someone needs to learn how to shoot…..
Ive built ten or fifteen 2035s. Nothing can tutch them and its the most copyed gun on the planet a race ready Browning high power puts every pistol on the planet to shame im old probably wount be around when you glococks sacks drop. But trust me a Browning high power wirh all the attention all the other pistols get waxes all of thems asses.
Every other pistol is a cuck mark my words your stupid whipper snappers. I've shot them all with and open mind the bhp with stock is what everyone tries to do you set one up with all the drama queens gadgets all the other glockinspue tattoos do and you will wake up. It's amazing. And it's right under your Glock 1911 beds I hope I live long enough to see it
Every magazine every breach every feel copy copy copy copy. Facts and there is a reason. Everyone is screwing someone else's wife because they are to stupid they missed perfection one hundred years ago and are mindlessly keeping up with fads and compleat stupidity 😮
I hate to correct you but you are describing a 2311. A 2011 is a single stack 9mm. A 2311 is a DOUBLE stack 9mm. I love both.
at least you think you're right
All 2011 style pistols are double stack
Nighthawk has had it out for several years, nothing new
You missing the point - Nighthawk has not been doing this price point for several years, Nighthawk has never done this before.
