In the manual page 18, 6.2 Channel Scanning, it is incorrect. It reads to press the menu then 3. To correctly scan channels do not press the menu blue button, instead press and hold the number 3 for a few seconds, then it will scan. Hope this helps you.

Yea, those key functions are rather random feeling. Also DTMF doesn't work unless you enter DTMF mode. Annoying.

Yes - works fine with Chirp on my Mac.
