Sir I'm frustrated with public violence in state Govt job. I'm looking for a stable life with not much worry. Is UPSC good for me. I asked one of my senior after watching this video. He told you'll get transferred frequently between states. Working in uosc hospitals is more hectic than state government hospital. Also less opportunity for leaves. Only thing good is better pay and promotion. **** Please clarify. I want to settle and take care of my family and looking for a at least little peaceful life.
It varies for each person, some get good life and for some it's hectic because of 1) the rank 2) the cadre alloted. If you get a good rank u can get job at ur state itself but if your rank is not good then ull have to take up the job wherever they assign you for, which could be even in some villages. But eventually after few years u can change the place. Regarding the domestic violence, its going to be there always, since u r still treating the same indian people. But overall your life will be settled, so it's a good option.
Sir.. I have not yet started preparing..i had a break of 1yr in my preparation.. So all seems like new to me.. Can u suggest me a good book for upsc to clear?
I want a relaxed, less workload and stable ( keeping privatisation in mind) job. Which cadre would be suitable for me? I have heard that due to privatisation these posts are soon to be closed. Is it true?

Sir i Just passed FMGE 2021 EXAM AND WILL I ABLE TO APPLY UPSC CMS EXAM ?
Yea sure u can give the exam
Sir Where can we get last year question papers
FMG is eligible without clearing FMGE exam
U can give the exam even before completing fmg but at time of personal interview ull need ur fmge pass certificate
Sir they calculate entrance plus interview mark simultaneously or separately
Interview happens 2 months after written exam, so both of the marks are added together and u will get it as a final grade
