This triggered my complex ptsd and sorry to say freaked me out with 2 statements: a hand grazing on the side of the bed, and a flicker of a lighter. Full panic. Gruesome association. Never encountered this with yoga nidra.
I am so sorry to hear that you had to sit with that experience. I hope that you were able to sit with compassion for yourself afterwards. 🥺 if you decide to experience this practice again i hope that you feel more at ease when you expose yourself to the imagery. sending love your way @iconsnart
