The soup on day five looks so good! Berries are definitely some of my favourite oatmeal toppings. A personal favourite is a handful of blueberries, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and ginger, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and a bit of maple syrup. So good! Lovely video as always.

It's definitely healthier when you leave it on. I just don't like boiling the sweet potato with skin on just a preference thing :)

I throw mine in my worm bin because they love it and because it adds a lot of nutrients to my compost.
Quite the opposite actually. A large amount of the nutrients and beneficial aspects of produce are in the skin.
