4x4 is quite hard because of it being an even layered cube, 17x17 is harder, but easier than 16x16 or 18x18 because of it being odd layered cube.

I too learned the same strategy to solve my first Rubik's cube... and now I'm able to solve them under 30 sec. I believe this tutorial will be of great help to the beginners.

Actually LEGO Fan the biggest cube ever made was the 33x33 Rubik’s cube
you've probably been asked this, but you should magnetize a big cube like a 13x13 (there was 4 cards time cards btw)
