he has enough cooldown reduction to use it 4 times

no bro, for use it 4 times you need 25 ms ping. i have 19% CD and 85-120 ms ping ... casting 3 times :)

@@NAGGING_MSC yesterday i tested with 6% +3%weapon and did couple times 4 torations, my ping is very high imo 40-50
