UPDATE!!!! I found out today that they must have changed the location of the animal husbandry station in a recent in patch. It's now in a crafting area west of Lionhold across the river.
False, every mob has 3 versions! One you left out where it pretends to be your buddy and you go "Oh hey, friend!" And it goes "OMNOMNOMNOM April Fools!" And you're like "It's October..." and despite how much it beats you like an abusive husband you just don't retailiate because maybe things will work out and he'll come to realize the error of his ways.
they were fun version im like green name 0 hp i guess he friendly, proceeds top lunge on ur face for 1.7k dmg and instant killing you (yeah i found the named wolf was thinking he was special since it was green named and named turns out it was a trap) was like a 2 star lvl 20 wolf if i remember correclty namned was blooder i dunno started with a b and was like 6-8 letter long. and was like north middle area of riverlands
I'd like to add: the mount movement speed of the wolf is 135%, compared to the horses 130%. It also has good health, so it can survive a gank for a bit longer. Finally, as of the stress test, rarity does NOT improve speed. This may change in the future, given how 'placeholder' this whole hunting system really is.
i ended up crafting the horse and ill like to add it got the same HP and movement speed as quest mount however does have a higher jump height like maybe 50% ity like half rabbit haha
That's my bad man. They changed it one of the most recent patches. It's now in any level 3 node, or, it can be found in a crafting area to the west of lionhold across the river.
Also anyone seen where the kitty are located? im guessing the dessert zone cause i wanna see what the fat cat mount is like saw it in crafting menu just didnt see it in game
The base level of every gathering profession is novice. You have to get to level 10 to be an apprentice. As a novice, you can hunt Grems, Wolves, Horses, Bears, Spiders, and Ravens.
i only found 3 wolfs and all were carcasses :( also u can turn the carcasses into meat on the cooking bench too btw and i could of sworn it was 75silver not 50 atleast the horse was, and deer was like 2gold 50silver

You're right. Totally forgot about the third version.
I believe that's called the "Wife Beater Version". Comes complete with tank top and half empty whiskey bottle.

Vexillian you seem durable. Marriage?
Can u do this with the Base level hunting skill? Also do u think u could make a video on how to upgrade ur profession skill certifications?
Yes and yes.
Straight Fire 🔥
Launch has been pushed back 3 hours. So we have more time to plan.

Another thing, sprinting can give you up to 150% speed with universal talents. The bard can improve this further by 10% with one of their melodies.
Thanks for adding more context!
When i tested i did not really feel a horse was faster than runni g

This is very interesting Veeshan. Different jump heights for mounts? Sick!
How do you begin hunting, though? Do you need to do anything or just walk up to the white mobs and the F dialog will appear?
Just have to complete teh "Sweat of Your Brow" quest in Lionhold. Takes like 3 minutes. After that you can do all the gathering.
@@Xillin nice thanks my king
Reading that script like a champ.
The difference between me scripted, and me off the cuff is pretty stark huh?
@@Xillin I heard from Ron Burgandy that you would read ANYTHING off of the teleprompter.
Hell yeah , wolf mounts are the new hotness!
I just checked the spot for the husbandry station and the vendor or spot to put it in isn't currently there or I'm just blind

@@Xillin Do you know what the crafting area west of Lionhold is named? Is it the diamond marker? "Agricultural Supply'?
Yes! That one.

Each time I even try just a deer it says I need hunting i done the quest heck I got a cat
So you can get a Bear mount as well?
Just went and checked. Yes, yes you can! 20 minutes after checking, I actually got a tameable bear. Now I need to money to do it!
ah cool beans ~~~! new mount !
When I go to an animal husbandry it says I need fuel, do you know what that is?
Wood or flowera
what fuel do you use to make the wolf mount?
All fuel no matter the station, is wood or flowers. Wood more efficient for batches, flowers better for 1s
@@Xillin thx
Can we use our outfits/mounts that we bought?
Nope, not yet. I suspect it will be beta 1 before that system comes online.
The Texan accent makes me believe you more.
Everytime I find an animal it says requires apprentice certification. Is that just because its too high level or am I missing something?

@@Xillin Thank you for the info!
