    The best feeling/sound combo ever.....holding that pedal flat to the floor and hearing that engine performing to full revs......

    • @kingj88
      @kingj88 Год назад +2

      Same. Coming from the high revving K20Z3 I understand. I’ve always wanted to drive one of Toyota’s variant to see/feel/experience the difference between Lift and VTEC.

      @mod91Kauai 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@kingj88had & driven both alot, Civic Si & Celica GTS 2ZZ. The VTEC comes on alot sooner, and has a more linear powerband. The VVTL-i system on the other hand doesn't switch over until around 6Krpms but it is much more pronounced & aggressive. Between the 2 the Celica is much more fun, exciting to drive. Yamaha helped design the 2ZZ, and it feels like it's just a massive street bike motor.

    • @grubby9037

      I believe it s basically the same. Vtec is just VVL. The honda motors only have VVL, while the 2zzge has VVL and VVT

    • @loganamurray64

      @@grubby9037K, F and J series engines all have VVL and VVT, a K20 is actually capable of more degrees of cam actuation depending upon which cam gear it has, 2ZZ can do 42° iirc, K20’s have a 40 and 50° phaser
