Neutrogena sunscreen is worse.
Omg yes my kids used it and the next day they had a rash all over their bodies. It's happened with other brands too.
someone gave me a gift of Neutrogena sunscreen I used on my face. I didn't get a rash but the sun still got through it & I became red.
Which one ultra sheer or sheer zinc?

Not true. I went to my dermatologist and they told me I had PMLE and as soon as I stopped using a sunscreen I was totally fine. They are putting stuff in sunscreen these days that are harmful.
I’m allergic to most brands of sunscreen. The only brand that I know I’m not allergic to is coppertone sunscreen. Once I used my cousin’s sunscreen called no ad and I got hives. I wish I knew which particular ingredient I was allergic to but I don’t want to test it.
dont use sunscreen with oxybenzone.
just don't use sunscreen at all!
Don't use any sunscreen with benzophenones/oxybenzone in the ingredients list

i just don't wear sunscreen. i truly don't need it. my skin is great. i always get a terrible allergic reaction using any sunscreen. i rather not. idc what people say.
your skin when you’re in your 30s+ is going to be terrible, idk your age but near that time it’s going to get progressively worse without sunscreen.
You just have to find the right one.

I found it interesting that he recommended the chemical sunscreen instead of the mineral one. I didn't know the difference until I discovered that some of them bothered my eyes and I could "taste" them, even without putting them in my mouth... That's how I realized that I can't use some chemical sunscreens. And I don't think I'm the only one…

Im allergic to the nature of society nowadays, and never go out if its unneccesary. just like when the news says" only travel if neccesary" during an emergency... well thats 24/7 in my life and im glad because i have learned not to trust anybody or anything from anybody becuase the last time i trusted a stranger i lost 130$ and would rather suffocate and die in my house alone than be fooled again

take a shower using bar soap and scrub it off and wash in hot water, then apply aloe or hydrocortisone 2.5% when dry
Don't listen to his advice. Only buy zinc oxide with maybe 1 or 2 other things but beware! I've got itchy bumps all week from sunscreen from whole foods.

My skin pills of when I use sun protection and most of the time it's very itchy and "burning". While at the sun my skin even if exposed to a lot of sun doesn't burn. But lately I tryed suncream for children, I like it. No parfym (sensetive to fragrance), it feels like light cream and I feel like my skin is breathing. Idk if it right to use the sun cream for children but its better than nothing
Yeah that's the recommendation so it's perfectly fine to use children's sunscreen since it'll be more gentle and no fragrance.
I have tried so many sunscreen and so far all of them didnt work for me. Last one I used was the aveeno 30 spf a fri nd recommended it but I ended up having the worse rashes ever!!! It's been a week now and theyre not healed :-(

Me too. Try sunscreens that are recommended to babies. I have this sunscreen and i dont have any problem with it. Its the aveeno baby brand

try zinc and mineral sunscreen. don't buy it from the big corporations that once sold you crap.
I'm here because two of my sons have a rash after applying sunscreen lotion on them. They have it on their face, back, stomach legs it's crazy lol only one of my sons didn't get it a reaction. And I didnt either

I never wear sunscreen because I am allergic to anything with SPF in it . I just got an allergy reaction to a banana boat sunscreen, while I was in CDL school a n instructor sprayed it on his legs, the wind blew it my way and it got on my left arm, now it’s swollen with blisters, and very itchy ever, I spent the last two years allergic free, I had allergic reactions to sunscreen from summer 2012 to summer 2020 and now this summer it happened again 😢
You’re not allergic to “anything with SPF in it”. That’s like saying you’re allergic to anything liquid, which completely doesn’t make sense from a scientific standpoint. You’re likely just allergic to a specific commonly-used sunscreen active, and would need to find an alternative that doesn’t use it. An allergist can help you figure out the offending ingredient, but there are also less expensive solutions to finding a good SPF. If you’ve been using only sunscreens you can regularly get at whatever store you shop at, try a non-American sunscreen that doesn’t have our actives. (You’ll need to do some googling for a complete list, but off the top of my head common US actives include Avobenzone, Homosalate, Octocrylene, and oxybenzone.) Your experience is likely to differ.

People are so pre judgmental anyway and having to use makeup for a stranger to like you based only on looks is like racism in reverse, when you like somebody ONLY because of their skin features, just like racism is when you hate a person based on skin features. Also its just like rich vs poor or fat vs skinny. Thats why i hate society with a starving passion
