I’m glad Chris got another TSX I remember when the first one got rear ended but super clean build and definitely inspiring for my tsx build! Super dope feature
Coming from someone who grew up in the south, I thought my midwest purchased Tsx was bad. The undercarriage is barley rusted for a rust belt 200k miles. I checked the title report and it was in fact a rust belt car. However a fleet car. I got blessed with a decent one. Some rust here & there from mileage but nothing major. Easy fix. Have been washing the underbody before & after winter.
Another TSX, hell yeah man! I'm getting an 08 CL9 soon so these videos are getting me pumped. People rag on automatics but after driving an RX-8 for 7 years in bay area traffic, I'm ready for an automatic lol
After 5.5 years of ownership in my auto tsx, I'm pulling the plug to go the extra mile. I love these cars. Despite not having a 6 spd I still wanna mod it futher. Just wanna improve upon it like oem +. Nothing to this extreme as I just started my 30s, but minor little things that add up. I did performance mods before aesthetics. Dialed my suspension in pretty good for dd/spirited drive. I have bolts on w/ reflash. Could spend $$ on flashpro (hp) or go another route 😊. These cars aren't exactly light.
@@AutomotiveAnatomy yup; got that Mugen grille and wing, CompTech strut bar and header, aspec front lip side skirts and euro r rear lip, oem all season rubber mats and SergeBo reflash ecu
Where did you get the intake manifold and valve cover from? Did you order it online? If so, what are the part numbers? I’m having trouble finding parts. Thanks for your help.
The engine will make 320hp easily, the transmission will be an issue and for a TSX the trans isn't easily swapped. We would run auto b and d series turbo civics on the street, then once the trans fails back to the shop, swap in another trans then back on the street 2 hours later.
Im just kinda hoping for the best haha. I know someone with a boosted auto tsx holding up to 420whp with nothing more then performance automatic transmission fluid. I’ll definitely do that and hopefully other upgrades
Is the automatic transmission in the TSX is the same one as the Base Automatic RSX? I had planned on swapping my 04 base auto rsx to a k24a2 but keeping it Automatic but was unsure if it was the same transmission. Basically a "oem-plus" style build.
@@sportcompactdc5 it’s very different, different case and mounting points. Not compatible without lots of custom work. The only thing the same is the bell housing bolt pattern.
Look up Honda part #21200-rap-000, (the 03-07 USDM Accord 2.4 5 speed manual case, same case as the Euro-R 6 speed Accords) and the clutch case from USDM Accord 2.4 5 speed manual is the same as well, just all aluminum, not the like TSX or CL9 Accords, which are aluminum/magnesium. Honda clutch case part #21000-RAP-315...Just swap over the 6 speed guts from an SI/RSX and you have a ''Euro-R tranny that will drop in all 04-08 TSX's. I am building an all aluminum case for my backup for my 06 TSX, essentially the exact same tranny as the CL7, no difference, same case, clutch case as well...KEEP THESE GEMS ON THE ROAD PEOPLE !!!!
@@hondalove42484 I'm about to drop my tsx trans again to swap out the input shaft bearing. We have a few awd jdm import wagons come in for service. I'm waiting for one to wreck then I'll try to get the trailing arms, then I'll have to figure out a manual awd case.
as a persoen who has a gently suttle and FBO and reflashed TSX these things move on the freeway, like really move because the autobox has nice longish bmw gears
@@johnnyboy2618 your right some hp lost.....but idk if your saying the equivalent of intake,IM and Tb .... cause it's definitely not that much, from the dyno charts I've seen its about 10-12 hp at most...
Cool build, but I will NEVER understand putting that much time and money into a track oriented build that's an automatic daily smh 😂 some cars autos make sense, but these TSX's certainly aren't one of them!!! Big sad 😭
The auto does NOT rob much power at all,it has tiptronic sportshift so you can hold gears and shift whenever you desire just like a manual....yes of course Mt would be better hold more big power etc...but I have both Mt and AT tsx's and honestly there's not much of a difference in feeling of power and delivery.....its not just some 4 speed auto slushbox guys, come on....
The enthusiasm on this guy, he's so happy, and that is what it's all about! I can't wait to be on Automotive Anatomy one day!
I got a 2010 tsx and even stock it’s a good car and I can’t wait to get it modded

haha just for the bay lol
dudes super hype about his car and that’s all that matters. ain’t my style at all but it’s cool.
Dope build. I need to build my CU2 I was holding back because it’s an auto but this inspired me.
I have an 04 tsx an I can’t WAIT to fix my car up like this cannot wait
Funny thing about k series 5speed AT is that they can hold decent power 300-400 hp with a turbo & good tune.

Love the car I actually drive a bone stock tsx and would love to build it like this
heyyy i spoke to this man not to long ago about the mirrors ! dope build brother!
I want that wing for my civic loool. This is so clean man. The carbon fiber hood is clean.

Nice looking tsx , what kind of rims are those ?

Clean TSX... giving my 3rd Gen TL Type-s a run for it's money lol great vision for real #dailyboyz
Un genio este chavo. Nos apantallo diciendo que el carro es automatico.👍👍👍👍
Nice VLOG..u can always VLOG my rides
Oooooooo thas NICE!
Mugen's alright. Though does any Mugen part add power more than their name?
They do make Catback and header but hella pricey
He’s turbo now
How do these RUclipsrs make low horsepower? I made 260hp and 200tq to the wheels just drag cartel 2.2 cams and stock block.
Probably stock cams and is AT
