    Very impressed with this group of athletes, until you get there you truly realize just how blessed you really are to be able to move, lift, jump and train and test your limits. I am 65 in december of this year, started powerlifting ''squat/bench/deadlift" at 40 and still hitting the powerlifting platform 25 yrs later. Getting ready for my 50th powerlifting meet in new age group of 65-59 in March of 2025!

    Can I just say that we should as a society consider this level of fitness normal and not unusual. All humans should be capable of these fundamental movements throughout their lifespans.

    I give them guys a lot of credit it's not easy, just like it wasn't easy hearing all that screaming I had to cut it short didn't finish watching, but I understand as well she was just there being supportive for Grandpa. 👍

      Actually according to him it does! Every single time he heard us. That’s what coaches do.. make sure their athletes can hear their cues!
