SLOW Refurbished Toshiba Cargo Lift - Guan Hua Warehouse Building

Originally installed in 1984 with CV40? fixtures, this lift received a refurbishment in the early 2010s. It also has slight, barely visible predoor like the similar ones at Aljunied Industrial Complex. Didn't film the down ride as the lift was too slow for me to bother.
The cargo lift next to it has been modernised by a generic around 2020 or 2021, but Chevalier seems to maintain it again now. It used to have one-call-at-a-time logic before mod.
The passenger lift was not working sadly.

@@cbkia thanks for reply was going to say I’ve never seen any 3 part door ones in U.K. even when I worked in co op loading bay many moons ago despite maze of different elevators never seen 3 section door variant even amongst there older wooden floored gated elevators
