- In between the battle tasks and city raids, Ukrainian army people also seek some rest. In a joint effort, volunteers and the military arrange the duly life of a unit - ensuring soldiers with food, medicine, and ammunition. One day of a Kyiv territorial defense hub - in our story.

Russia is killing 400,000 + militia + foreign fighters to get at those supposed 900 fighters. Some of which won't be what they are labelled as either. The Russian propoganda is a complete lie.

Depending on your disability, there still might be things you *can* do. Make ribbon pins for charities to sell, or help man a stall, or if your town gets refugees, just helping with local knowledge and advice, to get them familiar with the place and with the local ways of doing things. One thing we all can do is wear a ribbon or badge in the Ukraine colors and if people notice it, explain why. Raise people’s consciousness. And lobby your elected representatives (by email, social media or old fashioned call or paper letter) especially if their party is the one in charge.
