What a great role model for the younger generation! I wish I knew all this back when I started working at 16. I’m 35 this year and only just started my side hustle 🤣 and yes with kids and mortgage you can’t save as much ... invest now and get that compound interest! 👏

So far I only have about £2000 I vested but I’m pretty proud of myself because the performing arts have been hit really hard this year so there wasn’t much work!
I wish i started saving as early as you did ! Now I’m 20 and I struggle to save so much... I have three different accounts and I think that really helps also a tip for anyone who uses Klarna or any similar app get rid of it don’t spend money you don’t have! Ps. Love your content! I’m so glad I found your channel love your whole vibe !
My best advice for students is to save that maintenance loan! And then also try and get a job. Too many people just see it as free many when really most won't pay their loans off so it's best to make that money work for you!

I was surprised you haven't mentioned any investment tips to put savings in, to beat inflation and increase you're net worth overtime... bit confusing knowing you're in investment banking lol but then again i'm thinking that might be the same reason why you're legally not allowed to share any information about that?
She’s in credit risk that’s definitely a no no for sharing tips/ information. My husband also works in credit risk and I in foreign exchange ... but Patricia bright does help with this info :)
I'm in my first year and my plan was to save most of my student loan and spend from my part time job except cos of covid I've had no shifts :/ Im grateful that I have family to fall back on but it really has been a spanner in the works lol
