    I’ve been knocked on my financial ass this past quarter but I’m hopeful with a plan! All the best to you!

    I blew my budget in February on stress triggered retail therapy - I know this about myself and have been working through it. In my defence, this was the first slip since November. Either way, new month, new beginning 🙂Really need to stick to my budget for this and the next month to feel more comfortable with my finances. Good luck to all of us who budget 🤞

      We all slip up from time to time. The most important thing is jumping back in. We're going to smash it this month! ☺️

    Maybe your budget app rounds off the total figure? I encounter that sometimes too since I also maintain both app and spreadsheet and I've given up on making them match up exactly as long as the difference is minimal. Congrats on being under budget again! I didn't know about the newsletter so I've just subscribed to it too.

    My February ended with my car being towed to the Audi hospital where it is currently receiving a clutch transplant and new rear brakes. March is going to be a killer on my bank account. I got too smug and comfortable. This is my first giant expense in about two years and I don't like it one bit. Good thing that I squirrel money away, but this is going to be ridiculously expensive😠

      Oh no!! Cars are the worst and I find Audi parts to be so expensive too! 😩 Good thing you had some money set aside but it’s so annoying!

    I'm still a lil confused on the cash stuffing front, would it not be easier to have the money in savings that way if your not spending all your budget at least it would be earning interest?. I'm curious to know if this really works in the long run with it seemingly being harder and harder to pay cash in certain situations. I do like the idea of it but I'm not always sold on the practicality of it . Plus I'm lazy in regards to having to take cash out unless its absolutely necessary 😅.

      Same also I buy a lot online so I don’t pay cash

    • @AimeeRebecca
      @AimeeRebecca  6 месяцев назад

      I think it’s situation dependent. Everything I cash stuff for, I can pay in cash and it’s easier than trying to keep track of what money is in which account and for what reason. If it was all in an account, I would spend it 😂 but it’s not for everyone
