not a vegetable but the blueberries, i'm amazed how beautiful your bush grew in that pot and how birds don't absolutely destroy it, i transplanted one from the store in spring and we could eat like 3-4 berries because the birds would get them as soon as they turned ripe. we tried birdwire but the little jerks figured out how to pull it open and got in anyways :/ it was a full on war lol

Your vegetable garden is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. We had a terrible drought here in Northern NJ this summer and our little vegetable garden did not do well. Would you consider doing a video on how you store all of your harvest for fall and winter. You picked so many delicious looking vegetables I wondered how you can keep up with it all without wasting them. Thank your for sharing your beautiful stories with us.

Inspired by you, we had turn our backyard this year into a garden. Mine is not as tidy and pretty as yours but we're also proud to say we have not purchased any veggies from the grocery stores since May of this year. I live in WA, USA. A cold and wet area, so growing vietnamese veggies was a challenge for us. But we manage to get a basket of rau muong (aka water spinach), bau (aka oppo), ngo om and thai basil every single week. Thank you for showing us your garden, I'm motivated to make mine much more tidy and pretty looking like yours for next year.

JESUS CHRIST is LORD and He loved us while we were still sinners to die for our sins and be raised from the grave for our justification as the sinless, perfect Lamb of GOD, Who takes away the sin of the world, fulfilling the righteousness that the law requires, which we, sinners by nature, could never fulfill. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD. however in this present age, we may now be saved by the grace of GOD through faith in Him alone, followed by the act of repentance or the turning away from all of our sins. we must be born again. JESUS CHRIST is the Way and the Truth and the Life.

Your garden is beautiful and amazingly lush. You probably get a lot of rain. I live in South Carolina USA. It is very hot and humid most of the year with very little rain in the summer. We enjoy our long growing season. Our last frost date is near the end of March. Our first frost is the beginning of November. I lived more than half my life in Wisconsin. It is a northern state where we had many months of cold and lots of snow. Now I am able to grow some things through the winter months. Many of the brassicas like broccoli, Brussel sprouts and cabbage. Parsley and cilantro do well in the winter and early spring months. The summer heat burns them up no matter how often I water them. Thank you for sharing your videos. They are beautiful and peaceful to watch.

Same with me. And I live in tropics so never ending battle with weeds. And snakes and snails and slugs. Some I grow in hydroponic, but like tomato, eggplant, cucumber, sweet potato, squash, butternut they should be in the ground.

Your garden looks amazing, the love you put into it really shows. It must feel great to be able to give that to your family.
I have not had much success at all this year, many here in North America have had struggling gardens. Most of my tomatoes started dying before the fruit had set properly, one plant didnt even flower at all. My sister's garden had similar struggles, her squash flowered but never put out fruit. I've also noticed that bees were not around much this summer, I have only seen a few despite having herbs and flowers like borage, dill, and others next to my veggies.
Perhaps next year will be better.

Good morning Her 86m2. Excellent video. My favorite method of nutrient dense gardening and maintaining a sustainable pantry and stockpiling items long term for the whole family is what I consider to be the most practical, utilizing every type of food storage methods and technology available, both old and new. . Except for the fruits and vegetables that get canned, I keep perishable items like meat, poultry, fish, fruit, vegetables and dairy products in the refrigerator on a short term basis until I'm ready to use them for a big family meal - and for even longer term sustainable storage, a large separate freezer, which can store a half side of beef with plenty of room left over for homemade ice cream etc. . I'm considering upgrading to a walk-in freezer at some point.in the near future, if my plans to open a bed and breakfast come to fruition. Sometimes, however a nice round of cheese can do well for quite awhile on a pantry shelf at room temperature - and doesn't mind even if it has to stand there alone. Store bought canned goods get shelves.in the large pantry closet - several for canned meat like corned beef hash, spam and sandwich spread and another for canned vegetables Bread, rolls, grains, homemade pasta, cereals and the like are stored in special humidity controlled bins I order from Amazon Prime - which usually get delivered to my doorstep about an hour after I order them. . Stuff from the family garden and orchard, like onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumber, pumpkins, carrots, corn celery,, potatoes and yams, cherries, blueberries and strawberries get canned in Mason Jars and stored in the cool, root cellar of this wonderful rambling former farmhouse (circa 1867) I share with my extended blended family and several rambunctious dogs raised on table scraps from the some of the finest food from a plethora of sources both commercial and home based. . There's even a special separate "summer kitchen" which I converted to store butter and ice cream churns, pots, pans, utensils, extra storage containers, foil, bags, cutlery, and other meal related accoutrement. Out back in the woods, just beyond the big pile of wood I maintain all year, (for use in an antique woodstove I keep on hand, in case the power goes out) there's even an old rusting vintage still where my great grandfather made some of the finest corn whiskey for miles. Next to it is the rusting hulk of the Ford Model A he used to transport that powerful hootch by the light of the moon on soft summer nights to his eager customers in a tri-county area. Further into this verdant forest of mostly sycamore, oak, pine and scrub, runs a cool stream into which I occasionally cast a rod or net to catch some Brook Trout, Bluntnose Shiners, or whatever takes the bait (just earthworms for the most part). And yes, hunting season means wild turkey, deer, and even an occasional wild boar. Next week, I'm planning on filing for a permit to 3-D print a smokehouse in order to be able to create gourmet artisan handcrafted, beef, bacon, turkey, and beef stick jerky, which interested local merchants can private label for other people to share with their families and their family dogs. Unfortunately, i had to break the bad news to my free range hens today that due to expected egg shortages regretfully numbered are their days of laying a couple of eggs and then basically taking the rest of the day off with ranging privileges' within the parameters of a few very nice rural acres - parts of which are rich with fat grubworms. There's even a short dirt road between the main barn and the farmhouse which they're free to cross to get to the other side as often as they'd like. My rooster Ben overheard me and he ain't too happy either, knowing full well that due to oncoming egg shortages, he'll be "workin' overtime to make sure there's plenty of eggs for me and the family.

Frustrant. Belle réussite à vous ...

What a beautiful harvest you have. You planted such a great variety. I had so many nice tomatoes last year. This year We got about 5 tomatoes off of 7 plants. I don't know what went wrong. Thank you for the tour and if you good give some advice on how you get it all to grow so wonderful, I would appreciate it so much. I liked the beets and corn.
