Best agent in the Bay! Great video, Raziel! I learned way more than I thought I knew about Redwood Shores. Thanks to you and your amazing team, Monica and I are thrilled to be able to move our family into a lovely single family home there now. Your help means the world to us!
Raziel, another awesome video with great information. Kathy and I will visit over the weekend. Never knew much about Redwood Shores until this video. Keep em coming. Mark
Super informative video! I’m personally very excited to be in living in redwood shores within the next month. :) I like that you included all the cons too, those were all things we considered before buying a place here
Interesting to hear about Bair Island Ecological Reserve. Such a huge open space that I'm assuming will not be developed any further. I always see the large area when flying in the SFO but didn't know the story. Redwood Shores does feel sort of out of the way but also feels like it's probably less congested which, I think, is a good thing!
Here are some other points you missed. 🙂 1. Redwood Shores is flat and is great for kids biking. Can't do that in Belmont! 2. Because there is little retail here, traffic is significantly less than in Foster City 3. Low crime compared to other areas 4. It is super quiet at night, and you can sleep with open windows. It is called “Redwood SNORES” for a reason. 5. The power lines are buried here, which makes it better-looking than other neighborhoods. We also don’t get the power shut down when it is windy unlike the neighborhoods across 101. 6. The weather is amazing 7. Best neighborhood for families

Thank you, glad you found it useful! And congrats!
Honey bees in RWS, I never knew!! That's pretty cool. Great place to bike, skate or walk.
I hadn’t realized either about the bees either until I was researching for this video! So cool they do that.
