Honestly I feel like their NES catalog is pretty damn complete. Anything you want that you can't find on there can be found on the eshop in a collection like Mega Man or Castlevania.
SNES is about 80% complete imo but i could see maybe a good 10 or so titles that could be added to really enhance it

Looking back at this, the save data cloud really helped me.
Back in December, my switch got destroyed after being run over and then bought a Switch OLED a month later.
I thankfully had a switch online going on so I was able to recover a lot of my data back onto it, I would have been so misreable if it didn't work...
Yeah me2 it also happend to me accept in 2021 and i got for chrismas
Same with me. My first Switch got stolen by movers in late-2020, but I was able to recover everything when I got my second Switch.

You may be referring to cartridges. Wii had a separate save data system. So the practice dates back to the 2000s.

I was never alive for that time period, but from my dad I've heard it was much better than now. Nowadays you can't leave the house without a kidnapper or criminal on every corner of every block.

I remember when NSO wasn’t a thing, and you could play online for free. that’s why my old account is level 20 in splatoon 2.
..but then i lost my password to that account and had to make a brand new one.
Fun fact: At least 40% of modern games still have local multiplayer, it's not like playing with a friend locally is some relic of the past that only the old generation remembers.
