In Queensland, Australia where I'm from I use to play Lawn Bowls on the occasional weekend with the family in the afternoon and then stay at the Bowls club after for dinner, it's quite the time.
Lawn bowls is everywhere here in Australia. Mainly played by older people. They roll a white ball and the closest to roll the bowl (ball) to it wins.
