Hello , Gaurav & Avi... Me and may husband moving to Manchester to this September. So please Manchester City main bhi hume kuch flats dikha dijiye if you possible. I m 7 month pregnant that time. we have 8 year daughter also. So help us...to find suitable flat for us.
What you mentioned as rent is minimum bid basically. People can bid higher for the same apartment . So the 1k apartment could easily be 1.2k if you desperately need it.

There is no point on renting house in uk.. You get mortgage in less amount which u pay for rent.
If you rent you keep paying rent to someone else .
If u get house on mortgage. You paying ur own house rent as mortgage and house is urs.

Hi dear Gourav, the way you are making video with all details is very nice, my son going to work as junior doctor in zinnia center, where he will get nice 1 or2 bed room flat for under 1000 pounds.
When in UK, never buy in apartment. India Mein toh rowhouses Tier 1 cities Mein toh available hie nahi hai budget mein.... toh at least UK aake toh detached or semi detached house lene chaiye. Buying a house in apartment for renting and earning from that is good option but not good if you want to live in that apartment.
Now UK rooms rent per month will be minimum £1500/- per month, because UK is hot cake and in greatest demand.so from now the UK room rent will be minimum £1500/- per month.

it will be around £250-£300 for Gas, Electric, Water and broadband.. could be less for a single person in a houseshare

Generally, your passport, BRP, try having digital bank account like Monzo or Revolut, make sure you have the means to send the deposit amount if required

Sirjee. if a couple is shifting to uk with a baby, is it mandatory for them to rent a 2 bhk (as per any government regulation or something, a separate room is required for the child). OR if they can manage in a studio or 1 bhk, they can go ahead. Please clarify.....
its not about managing brother.. even estate agents won’t show you studio or 1 bed with baby. So they will also say that you need 2 bed. But you can try ofcourse if you still want studio or 1 bed
@@HumTumInEngland hi Gaurav, if I may add, the law states, if a child is 9/10years, she/he requires to have a separate room. The room can be shared with another sibling. So, a couple with 2 children, can stay in 2-bed apartment. This is what my experience says during last 3months of moving in the UK. Just thought of adding this info if this helps someone. I have got immense help just by following your vlogs. Thanks to Avi n Gaurav.....from another Avi 🙂
