How much power will a setup like this make?

The way it sits rn I’m lookin at probably like 320ish at the tires. Once I change out the valve cover and choose an intake manifold I can crank the boost up a bit and probably be in the mid to higher 300s

When are you planning the 6 speed swap?

I’m not sure yet. I know it’s not fully ideal but I think I’m gonna give the 5 speed a crack at it first and see how it does. I’ve seen a lot of people still run the 5 speed with a clutch. So if that goes I’ll throw in a 6
