i don't understand why they would do that because it's the same models but a different attire (I don't remember if that's true) also they should just leave them in when there's no reason to remove them in the fist place

Very cheeky, money-grabbing move, unless you're willing to grind hard to earn virtual currency, which I'm not as it takes most of my time and focus away from other, more enjoyable modes that I'd rather play. It feels like most of us get an incomplete game unless we're willing to play MyFaction to death or shill out more money. Not a fan and I think if this continues, I'll reconsider future games.
2k has absolutely lost every last bit of sense… who the FUCK is spending that kind of money for anyone in the game?? Like I’m sorry but if they are going to sell characters they should be like $10 MAX… this is why nobody plays that mode and people hack these models onto CC

MyFaction killed the series imo. It feels like a slap in my face hidding content behind a "paywall". I don't have time to grind myfaction everyday so I can unlock everything, and even if I did, I'd get bored of it fast. I also refuse to pay 60% of the games price for in game credits to be able to unlock one wrestler. 2K can really f off with the game mode. Its also a shame they made it gambling system to theres only a small chance of unlocking good stuff.

Hopefully the AI doesn’t just stand there when doing the 10 punch or repeat face smash into the corner anymore.

I am glad that they made the AI better in some match types, But i wish they improved it in ladder & MITB matches.
painting a pig with yellow and black stripes don't turn it into a bee...the AI is dreadful and has been for years. From not working in stipulation matches (ladder/cage...) to constanstly switching who they target, to carrying you 50 billion times in a single match.
It's a shame...if less ressources would be spent on bs like myFaction and it's predatory event calender it could allow for to get help and hire some people that actually CAN code AI.
Lemme guess: WWE 2K24 DLC pack 3 is on July 24th and I'm not gonna play with some Pat McAfee and his crew this time. I'll go with DLC pack 4 this fall cause The Global Superstars Pack (Jade, Nia, Lyra, Kairi, Dragon Lee and Carlito) will be SO much better than DLC pack 3. Period!
As I've said before, I'm holding out hope that they load up the DLC characters for the Pat McAfee and Friends Pack with new and returning moves, like 30+ moves. If they give us new moves, and/or gives us back a ton of moves they removes in recent years, then it'll be worth it to me. Especially if they give us signatures/finishers of active superstars who are NOT in the game, so we can at least make them and give them their proper moveset.
The price of the persona cards is ridiculous. I'd pay $2 - $5 tops for basically re skins. Even that's pushing it. Also weird they skip August for DLC when it's Summerslam season.
BUT you're gonna get myFaction "goodies" in August...aren't you excited?!
I've been complaining about this for 2 years. We don't earn VC from playing the game similar to NBA 2k.
Exactly you used to get vc from every match type and game mode in the game. The higher your match rating the higher vc earned, I think it was like 750 vc for 5* matches.
You get vc by playing nba 2k
Don't open the box of pandora....yes you "earn VC" by playing NBA 2K and it's used for everything you myPlayer needs: attribute points and clothing.
NOW IMAGINE having to grind out VC to spend on characters you created or downloaded from CC so they're not a OVR 60! Sounds fun? The amount of VC you earn is pitiful and most people just opt to spend an addtional 50$ so they can play online! Or myCareer. If you don't spend enjoy having a player that is basically useless for weeks! GREAT, huh?!

@Rahmir315 exactly having Pat is ok. Could care less for the other nobodies. Would rather get all 4 versions of Brock Lesnar we was supposed to get. Maybe some bonus stars too. I'd like to see some NXT and anyone else they have hidden.

@Hexx_Iztenze sweet I actually been commenting this for months now. Your the first person who actually responded to me with the same opinion. I agree 100% Brock should've stayed in. The decision to remove him made no sense. 2K is really starting to become a joke and it's sad to see. I had high hopes for them. Only way I can see this getting fixed is if they patch in all 4 versions of Brock Lesnar and add in some actual wrestlers. Truly I hope 2K makes the right choice for the fans. I been pretty bummed about this years game I paid for 40 years of wreslemania edition. I been disappointed ever since I got it.

It's been disappointing to me that create mode, for example, has a glitch we all complained about in 2k22...
I know why they removed Brock, but nothing so far in the rumours with Lesnar in the Vince issue was proven. My opinion is innocent until proven guilty.
It's a disappointment for lots of WWE fans that he isn't there.
We shouldn't have to rely on people like Status on CC to provide hidden content, especially when we paid for the top edition.
Right now, I don't plan on getting 25.
I see they didn't fix community creations it still crashes every damn time I try to download something this is really getting frustrating I'm almost tempted to say screw wwe 2K25 when it comes out I don't want to deal with these problems anymore I was praising this game until now.

Tbh I don't play this game anymore. Might start when Pack 4 DLC drops. But honestly find this game boring as hell.
What did you expect from the game?
Play universe mode. After I completed the 40y of wrestlemania and both career mode I went straight to universe mode(wwe 2k23 continuation)
Yea me to I think it's because of career mode that's the mode I Wana play all year round and they haven't put much focus in that mode .

I still try, but find myself more interested in entrances and graphics
Something else that I just hate about this game, is how the titantrons aren’t properly fitted to all of the trons on a lot of arenas. It’s like they made it fitted for like 3 arenas and all of the other arenas the text gets cut off or it’s a horrible visual of the trons
Or how the top portion of some arenas pop in and out just before the start of the match. 😂
The fact I can buy a dlc pack that includes Jade cargil, Nia jacks, dragon lee, carlito,Lyra valkyria, Michelle Mccool, and Kari sane for $10 but to buy an alternate model for Becky lynch or Chad gable I have to spend $40 is insane.

If they're fixing the AI then they NEED to add a toggle or slider for just how intrusive managers are

Lynch and Gable were actually in there before the patch. I got Gable on Friday for 100k mfp. Hopefully they will add more because im not trying to pay for packs or extra vc. Grinding is time consuming but id rather accumulate over time and get the ones i want that way. Whole thing still needs work.
Not paying no $30 or $40 ........not for Chad and Becky.....these Persona Cards should be no more than $10 to $20 at the most. We get Hunter Hearst but we don't get Big Poppa Pump.......and I say again.....more worried about MyFaction but catch do a correct patch to fix things and breaks other stuff.....and like you said....why buy this cards if they don't carry over to the next installment
Honestly even 10$ is a joke and a complete ripoff...they don't even give you "fresh models" of wrestlers like Becky or Chad...they reuse the models already in the game, slap on their old attires and wigs and that's that.
And even if it was "new" models, animations, trons, music and everything else...10$?
10$ for a single wrestler vs. any DLC pack for the same price? NAH NAH
I wish they realized that nobody really cares about MyFaction like they think we do, they need to just update Universe Mode and Online mode!
They still need to fix the side plates for the nxt north American championship and the nxt cruiserweight championship because when you use custom side plates, they don't seem to work, and it's annoying 😤
lol...side plate issues have been in the game for years. Especially in Universe mode.
Instead of the door being added in the ECW Punk pack, 2K should have added stackable tables and the ability to setup. A ladder bridge between a standing ladder and the second rope on the inside.

I’m fine with this dlc pack, if it was last. I’m dying to play as Mr. Perfect again. Also the nxt pack should be before this one.

The Raw and Smackdown stages are actually completely different now with smaller stages. Would love that added for free
On one surprise (no one's surprise) is that they fixed Honky Tonk Man's old entrance (Shake Rattle n Roll) and added his guitar into the entrance. (Only his Champion's Entrance)
I was hoping they'd also fixed the Hacksaw Jim Duggan preset entrance, and added his 2x4.

Just grind it out, theres no reason to spend real money on the mode.

The new 1.12 patch is broken too. Ai doesn't reverse grounded rear seated attacks. It just keeps eating it. Also,when you press control+L+I to make them seat in that position, it sometimes hit them with supine/prone attack instead😮

Glad to hear they fixed a lot of the problems. I'm still having crashing issues when I go to edit my CAWs on Xbox Series X. I hope that gets fixed at some point.

Frankly next game i want myrise to get updates if you have dlc, that somehow interact with the people in that pack, have a couple matches involving them, it would make a pack like the pat macafee pack actually worth something, imagine having to run a gauntlet against a heel Pat and friends or something
I hope 2k can add a all unlock persona cards DLC downlater this year.
what they should do is make a text based season mode like story for their superstar universe mode (since its based on single player) with added cutscenes with multiple stories for backstage, out of the arena etc...
I bet, if they ARE indeed going to give us Brock, they'll give him to us during the Pat pack to not make that DLC day be such a let down..... new moves thrown in for Bron Breaker etc.

What I'd love if they add in the Pat Pack, is more new, creative, maybe from indie wrestling, moves. Yeah, we got a few new things with the Post Malone pack, but the only new things I'll be using are the Flatliners. I was expecting much more tbh, like what we got with the MGK pack a while back. I honestly miss the old "Moves Pack!" or "NXT Stars Pack" DLCs that were always there for some of the previous games.
I'd like a moves pack added to the Mcafee DLC. For example, Shayna Baszler has been on the main roster for years and 2k still has not added her butterfly yokosuka cutter or reverse gutwrench suplex. They removed Macho Man's diving axe handle, Undertaker's running DDT still doesnt look as good as it did in SD1, Scott Steiner is missing his belly to belly suplex animation from the old SD games and things like that.
To get the rock persona card you can’t buy it. You need to buy other cards to get the rock as a collection set reward and Roman Reigns was a live event where you needed Sami Zayn
They already ask us to buy DLC, then lock more not included behind play modes, then ask people to pay more for even more personas. 🤦♂️ I'm done. I'll just play with my CAWs or CCs. Like Madden, I just stopped buying but every few years.
Pat MacAfee pack equals the "none of those characters will ever be used pack."

I noticed Karrion Kross' entrance finally has the steps he walks up on the front side of the ring. Not sure which patch it was updated on, but it has been updated.
I still hope we'll see a host of new moves in the Pat and friends DLC. The 'stars' themselves I've no interest in, but the extras that may come with the pack have me intrigued. I agree with you that it's a waste of DLC superstar slots.
Adding in the set of The Pat McAfee Show as a backstage area would be cool

Cheap DLC packs with previous models also feels bad imo. If they already made it and doesnt need to be updated in anyway, should be freely released as optional dlc.
Imagine if they upload a football as a weapon in the Pat Pack. So when you throw it, its a perfect spiral that hits the target.
I wish the Pat pack will include their commentary characters included. Like Samantha etc
@Assemble We would be amazed if 2k decided to add more legends (Alundra Blayze, The Great Khali, Sid Vicious, and others) as a bonus after getting the Pat McAfee Pack. These legends could have been part of the DLC pack IMO.

I am having issues now of my images in my arenas disappearing and then being counted as unused images when clearly they are used . I don't know if it is a glitch and have you had this issues

I hate that things are locked even when you buy the deluxe edition of the game. I'm not big on playing my faction mode.

Agreed if the price of the card was the same as $5 worth of VC I'd probably buy it but the cheapest pack with enough VC for Becky is $50.
Honestly gaming companies just don’t understand what makes a game impressive anymore just money money money instead of understanding co op and online and friends and story telling

I've been buying WWE games since WrestleMania 2000.
Since they added Universe mode that's the only thing I've ever played. I've never tried My Faction mode I didn't know the cards were actually playable
I wish they would fix Nikki Cross entrance. She's supposed to throw her coat around, and it makes her look like she's just having a fit
