Ty Banks has proven he is the top pole in the freshman class. As of right now he is at 23 caused turnovers and 31 ground balls all while getting the top match up nearly every game. When he locked down Kavanagh at the beginning of the season we all knew he would be great and he continues to prove it. In their playoff game vs Penn State, he guarded TJ Malone and racked up 4 caused turnovers, 3 ground balls, and his first goal of the season. While TJ still got on the board I think Banks did a great job against one of the best attackmen in the country. Today I want to show you what makes Ty Banks so good.

The case would be better made if you had film from multiple games and perhaps showing a bit less of the same clip in the beginning. Saw it 4 times at least over and over in the beginning.

It’s just to emphasize it more. He could get more film but there would be too many things to take away.

What does "sensing" a pick mean? Do people actually sense a pick instinctually or is it from teammate communication?

When I say that I generally mean a combination of their teammate's communication and looking over their shoulder at the actual pic. Great players also tend to understand where a pic will be set without even looking at it.
