Subterranean Hatred and by extension Mitori was created by "everyone on the red cucumber thread", while this was made by yuke. I think its on yuke's niconico because he also does standalone gameplays of pre-existing games. I could totally be wrong though.
Ive seen that type of last spell before... It was from another fanmade game in which you had only 1 life and no bombs and you had to beat 1 stage without dying. Domt remember the name of that game though.
