Trevor Lawrence to Zay Jones throw was so great it made it in the Top 100 twice! (14 and 33)
Lol I thought I was the only one who noticed
Had me rewind it to make sure I wasn’t tripping
As a Jags fan, this brings me joy lmao!
As a jaguars fan I approve lol
💀 I was just about to say that
The deep ball is a bit overvalued when it comes to being the "best throws."
Tight window and anticipatory throws have a much higher level of difficulty. Most of these QB's have clean pockets that enable them to step into the throw, some of the most impressive plays are when the quarterback hits the receiver directly in his hands with an anticipatory touch and with limited pocket movement.
W comment
they could also factor in the actual impact the throw had on the game
Yeah, it just seems so random with this list except for maybe the top 5.
I mean this doesn’t really apply to the pj walker throw, man rolled out on his weak shoulder planted his feet while under pressure and threw and absolute dime 70 yards downfield
@@ashtonjohnson4336 The PJ Walker throw was a shoe-in for first. The others are a different story.
Herbert's throw at 22 is unbelievable... on the run, off one foot with a defender hanging off him he throws a lazer 55+ yards down field to hit his guy instride
And the week after he broke his ribs
Dude has got to have the strongest arm in the NFL. 60 yrd lasers
@@jtaustinmusic Herbert definitely has a top three arm for sure. I think him, Allen and mahomes are all in that “special arm” category. For me, I think it’s Allen as far just pure power. He has incredible velocity even when standing flat footed.
I really hope the chargers can get some speed on that offense to help Herbert. Their offense is a lot of jump balls and dump offs.
@@chrishunter6872 if staley is in LA they ain't winning a superbowl anytime
Herbert stood out. A great arm and nice touch.
P.J. Walker’s Hail Mary throw for the tying TD is insane
And they still lost
@@beansdc7109 ok
@@beansdc7109 still a great throw 🤷♂️
@@beansdc7109 and yall are still gonna be last in the division for the next few years 😂 panthers own yall
To bad DJ was an idiot and got a 15 yard penalty for taking helmet off that screwed them made the extra point much longer
The Tlaw to Zay Jones throw was so nice it made the list twice! amazing top 99 throws of the year!
TLaw is a retired DB.
@@mass.marcus8888 No he’s a current top 5 QB
@@ethanb7444 missed the joke
@@ethanb7444 no he’s a retired DB. You’re mistaking TreLawr for Ty Law.
@@ethanb7444 no he’s not
Walker at number 1 well deserved especially at the end of the game makes it more legendary
@Rolyyy You went into the comments thinking no one would mention the #1 play?
And I believe it was the pass with the most air yards all year. Maybe in the past couple years.
@Rolyyy why would you go in the comments dummy?
So glad we didn't lose that game
Am I the only one who couldn't properly see this play because it was covered up with a thumbnail link to another NFL video?
I think Genos Throw at 20 should have been higher. But man his throw at 3 was beautiful
his throw in week 13 to win the game shouldve been in there :(
His throw to noah fant on the run to his left 30 yards down the field through a tight window against the saints somehow isn't even on here
Burrow only being here once is a crime
It makes sense, burrow is a very fundamental quarterback who more often than not makes easier passes than the ones seen here. Also many teams play very deep on the bengals because of their WRs being serious deep threats so he doesn’t have as many opportunities to just throw bombs as some of these other qbs.
@@gold_leader9288 good point, but it's just annoying since he's a top 3 QB in terms of smarts and accuracy
Absolutely right.
It's a list made by people at the NFL...so I guess Burrow's highlights lost the coin flip.
😂😂
7:21 #61 the herbert throw was incredible, considering all factors (injured ribs, 4th down etc.)
Justin Herbert👌
Amazing throws this season especially by non Quarter backs

exactly. for a rb lamar can sling it

I was hoping someone would do this
@@johnflorio3576 fr bru no 3rd and 30???
justin fields cant throw?
P.J. Walker with the throw of the year. Unbelievable
Not having Dak’s 3rd & 30 completion against Philly is straight up unforgivable.
ong bro
It’s absolutely comical that the standard for Cowboys fans has gone down so much(due to the fact that they’ve had *zero* success for 30 years), that you’re so excited when y’all’s QB converts a first down by completing a 30 yard pass to an uncovered WR😂😂
@Alexandria Ocasio-Smollett dude, fr, Dakota throws up nothing but INTs yet Cowboys fans still praise 😂
ya i was waiting for that throw when i was whatching this
No no dak sucks
Fields had a throw to Monty when the bears played the falcons that was a great ball
That's XFL legend PJ Walker with the Throw Of The Year, just as we all predicted
Josh Allen & Justin Fields went crazy. I like the Lamar throw at 4 and Walker at 1 was definitely the best throw.
18:18 Dalton throwing it to Olave with Aaron Donald on top of him and watching that ball float over the D was a beauty
I know Herbert has been on here a lot already, but I think his throw to Allen on the slant against Miami on a crucial 3rd down during primtime should be here...
That and his flea flicker against the colts 🤦🏽♂️
Having that Justin Herbert throw at 61 is a criminal offense
With the context of his ribs, game situation, and the fact that it is spot on the money with virtually no open window, it should be top 5 lmao
That panthers Hail Mary throw was insane
My top 5 best throws:
1. PJ Walker deep dime to DJ Moore
2. Jalen Hurts to AJ Brown for the TD in the SB
3. Justin Herbert pin point pass to Carter against the Chiefs with a rib injury on 4th down
4. Mahomes last-second throw to MVS for the TD against the Bengals in the AFCCG
5. Geno to Tyler Lockett against the Rams in the last week for a TD.
Nah. Russel wilson has the best throws. Wait until him and juedy next year
@@aaronweaver1886 hilarious
I see you don't watch Bills games
U may wanna check lamar to bateman 75 yard bomb 💣 out
Dang…Herbert owns this list.
PJ Walker at #1 is so deserved. What a legendary heave
Not having Josh Allen’s thanksgiving game-winning throw to Diggs is criminal
I actually got excited when I saw the bomb to Davis at #2, thinking oh neat Allen must have the top 2 spots. Criminal is right
That baker mayfield throw should have been ranked better than 96. That was a dime and a game winner
So many wide open throws. No way there weren’t better throws this season
It shoulda just been called top 100 long passes of the year. There weren’t any that were small windows or impressive really.
Niners fan but gotta keep it real…Geno threw some DIMES this year 🔥🔥🔥
Herbert's throw at 76 is the best of the bunch. A millisecond later and that ball is picked off.
Wow! Geno made it at #3! Give him some props!
6:30 there is no way this should be #65. Aaron is running to the left throws it across his body with a defender in his face. And it was a perfect ball.
6 and a half minutes in and i finally saw one that was pause and rewind worthy. had to come to the comments too
@@owenbrown233I know right. This list was really lazy. A lot of the throws are wide open deep balls that just about any college qb could make
That rodgers throw at 65 is criminal
Hate Rodgers, and 100% agree.
Better than #32 for sure
its was incomplete dolphins just didnt challenge it
@@ryder7615 but it was 1. called a catch 2. was still a spectacular throw, rolling left off balance placed perfectly past the defender, like regardless of the catch that throw is still insane
@@isaiahjones3427 for real, that throw had no business being top 100 even
Herbert's unbelievable. #2 in passing yards despite being in Lombardis dink and dunk scheme. Dude can throw a bullet 60 yards flat footed
I hope Kellen Moore let's Herbert run the offense
drew brees was #1 in yards multiple times with the dink and dunk offense
@@jfreitag88Herbert > Allen in all fields
josh allens arm is something else
7:20 is the best throw of the year......perfect coverage with no room for error.....with broken ribs.
Facts 61 lmao I was waiting too see that in the top 5
As a Seahawks fan seeing the Geno to Lockett connection at number 3 is so awesome. I can’t wait to see what we do this year
Walker's throw is one of the best throws in the past 20 years
I'm convinced Russ Wilson had a great year after watching this 🤣🤣🤣
Trever Lawrence is Like A New Prime Arron Rodgers That Boys Arm Is Incredible
You could hear him catch Herbert’s pass on #12
#61 deserves to be way higher that was nutty placement and a ballsy throw given the situation
Daks 53 yard throw to TY on Christmas EVE should’ve been on here
I can’t be the only one who saw the jags vs cowboys catch twice in that list
Justin Herbert highlight tape was what I just watched. WOW what a QB
Burrow, Hurts, Herbert and Tua… what a qb draft class
99 of the most beautiful throws of the year. 😂
98 and a Bailey zappe throw
The Walker throw was 70 yards in the air. Their own 35 yard line to halfway into the endzone!
Watching that ball fly outta these young QB hands is unbelievable
Tua’s TD pass to Tyreek against the Bills where he moved the safety with his eyes and split two defenders should be on here
Geno Smith is so underrated 😢😢😢
Lead the league in completion %
There's 8 Josh Allen plays, yet miss his best throw to Diggs vs. the Patriots
Disagree. The throw against the Lions to set up a game winning FG was the most incredible throw Josh made all year.
There is no diggs td in this video
I think they missed the throw to get in field goal range against Detroit. Arguably his best throw of the season
Josh Allen is amazing. Early gang
Joe Burrow on here once at #52 is just silly. The dude routinely makes throws very few quarterbacks can make, ball placement and accuracy is his hallmarks.
The throw by Christian mccaffery was different🔥
Lamar's throw at 4 gets me going. Also, that Rodgers throw to Lewis at 65 should be WAY higher. Pressure in his face, rolling left, throwing on the run, and its a straight dime. Also, a lot of these throws aren't good throws, but good plays by their receivers to make up for a short pass, pass thrown into too much coverage, or a throw behind them.
Justin Jefferson’s catch will always be #1 in the hearts of many! The OH MY GOODNESS gets me every time!
"Top 100 throws"
LOLLL
I I agree
@@pacificbanana6179 we all are
Glazing
Geno throwing DARTS 🎯
How tf was Herbert’s pass to Allen in the Miami game not on here. Yes it was a 10 yrd pass but I guarantee no other QB could make that tight throw
Didn't watch a single game but man, Wilson and Fields had so many Highlights on this reel. I bet they made the Superbowl.
man, Mac has a really nice deep ball. I hope Bill O’Brian can utilize it more effectively!
He has beautiful deep ball, he just has no one to throw it to.
Justin Fields being on this list 5 times makes me smile. Dude is a great passer, when he has time to throw the ball and when his receivers have time to run their routes. Can't wait to see him play behind a better O Line/more weapons. People forget he was drafted for his arm talent, not for his running skills and speed.
Goff to Jamo pass deserved to be here more than more than half of these
The biggest throw was actually when the Colts blew a 33-0 lead against the Vikings.
Josh Allen is a highlight machine
And a turnover machine
and still can’t win a super bowl
@@baconmatters8847 your names bacon stfu
Similar names lol
@Brett he’s just so cocky and has nothing to back it up
early on in this vid have to say that Waddle Penguin celebration is straight FIRE.
Herbert made an insane throw against the 49ers where he narrowly thread the needle (as he usually does) I'm surprised that one didn't make it.
I could already picture that one in my head where he hit DeAndre Carter on what looked like it was going to get picked, but the ball was too fast
Honestly 33>14
That’s how you know this list a joke they just randomly put throws anywhere
Bet y’all didn’t think you’d see Justin fields this many times on here
Im so glad im in here.
Josh Allen and Tua they are just great
Andy Dalton to Chris Olave #7 was crazy! Im a saints fan also and I love Olave same with Dalton.
Me too!!
@@Jio188 nice
Josh Allen lives on this list
And Herbert
Allen and Herbert have almost the 20% of the list. It's incredible!
Love to see PJ Walker getting love at #1! I’ve never screamed so loud in my life than when he made that throw
The fact that Baker Mayfield is on this list on two different teams
I think the Herbert throw should’ve been at least top 5
Can’t believe y’all didn’t include Dak’s 3rd and 30
19:07 DeSean Jackson is like 63 years old still doing stuff like that 🤣
That pj Walker throw was amazing
Gabe davis is like half the highlights 😂
Surprising with how many passes he dropped.
@@ninetailedfox579121 yeah, still love him tho
Yessir Pj Walker ❤️
Amazing how Kirk Cousins was the fifth best deep ball passer in football last year (better than Mahomes, Brady and Josh Allen) and yet was on this list twice. The two shown were maybe top 20 of all throws Kirk threw last year. Maybe. Leaving out 4th and 18 against the Bills was absolutely a SPED move.
here's a good top 5:
5: #95, Brady to evans.
4: #76, Justin herbert to carter. (TD)
3: #15, Josh Allen to Gabe Davis for TD. (Phenomenal catch Too.)
2: #26, wilson to judy.
1: #1, phillip walker to dj moore. Phenomenal TD catch.
Josh Allen’s deep ball is a sight to behold
65 yards in the air routinely. He's got an artillery gun for an arm.
Flick, boom!
the fact that russell wilson had that many top throws in his worst season is impressive. he’s gonna do well under sean payton
So happy for PJ
So cool they included every single Russell Wilson completed pass for the year!
Sam Howell threw an absolute beauty to Mcluaruin does week 18 just not count ?
Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars passing game really improved this year. He’s every play they had
0:24 #98 Trevor Lawrence -> Christian Kirk vs Commanders
3:25 #82 Trevor Lawrence -> Zay Jones vs Chargers (Wild Card)
12:42 #33 Trevor Lawrence -> Zay Jones vs Cowboys
16:48 #14 Trevor Lawrence -> Zay Jones vs Cowboys
Would’ve had another one if Kirk caught that deep ball vs the Chiefs
@@Fissey_Gaming As a Chiefs fan, thanks to Kirk for missing that particular one, but Jags are going to be a huge problem for the league the next three years or so at minimum. The NFL is the best run league when a team like the Jags can go zero to playoffs to....we'll see... in consecutive years. If they are in the Super Bowl next year, nobody should be remotely "shocked."
@Landon I agree, if they hone their skills in the off-season they can definitely make a super bowl run
The last 2 are the same play
@@isaiahajoseh3866 They have a proven coach and an ascending QB plus talent to spare. They will be scary good, I fear.
soooo many more geno throws that deserved to be on here. off the top of my head:
1. The other TD to Lockett in the Saints game
2. INSANE pass to Fant on the bootleg in the Saints game
3. Pass to DK on the bootleg in Rams game
4. 4th and 1 TD pass to Goodwin in the Bucs game
5. Deep ball to Lockett as he got crushed in the Lions game
list could go on...
Russell Wilson and Justin Fields being on this list more than Goff this year is a crime.
well fields actually had a good year sooo
@@39connormcc By what metric? Goff was 5th in QBR this year to Fields’ 17th, had a better record, had 4438 pass yards to Fields’ 2242, and 29 TDs to Fields’ 17.
@@AdamODell give Goff feilds o line and receivers and defense and they we will talk buddy
@@39connormcc okay dude, I get it it. You’re a Chicago fan so Fields objectively not having as many meaningful throws as Goff doesn’t matter in a “best throws” list.

Rodgers to Lewis being at 65 is outrageous
For sure! Atleast top 20
this list has terrible placement
#33 and #14 are the exact same play
All of these are great throws😮
We are experiencing an era of elite quartebacks!!!! Good time to be an nfl fan!!!
What about Josh Allen to Stefan Diggs vs the Lions at the end of the game
9 total plays including #2 for Joshy 😄🥰
Mr Allen da goat
And they didn’t include 3 others too
Herbert!!! MVP!!! I have his 1st Rookie card ever printed 1/1 Holy Grail Panini 5 Million
*FOOTBALL FOREVER!!!*
I think that throw Herbert did to Kennen Allen when it was third and long should be on here. It was only like 9 yards but Allen was completely covered and I have no idea how he snuck that in. Even Allen pointed back at him like wtf
For Fields “not being able to throw” he is on here a lot
