Yo, The campfire headphase is one of my favorites albums of all time I don't even remember how many times I have replayed the album and now I find out about this exclusive song what a blessed day
For some reason this gives me nostalgia of when I was a little kid. Wondering how I got here, and how odd the earth is in a beautiful and geographical way
This song is a masterclass in microtonal shifts. The actual composition is so basic it barely merits recording, until you introduce the movement within the notes themselves brought about by the recording medium. Then it becomes something else, a journey told in abstract words.
I don't know about underrated; those that have heard it tend to love it. Underexposed comes to mind. If this, and BOC's music in general, had the airplay that the mainstream offerings benefits from, it would almost certainly have a wider audience.
can't believe they left this off the album
Sometimes, randomly, this song will play in my head.

Yes its not on spotify unfortunately :( at least it keeps me coming back to the youtube comments, which are awesome for all the BoC tracks

Well put. It's the same loop gradually shifted for like 4 minutes. Absolute beauty
shut up
Boards of Canada make me die inside in a very good way.
Fucking incredible tune!! I can't believe I hadn't heard this one before. BOC are legends no one can touch them.
😄😅 I bought the japanese CD release of this album just to get this track on CD… 🤷🏻♂️
king
Chad.
This song reminds me of _Zoetrope_
J’ai eu la même réflexion, mais en beaucoup plus nostalgique
Excellent observation ❤ nice.
Absolute masterpiece!
BoC left the best track off the official release. that's why I love them. They have a sinister sense of humor hahahah
Spotify brought me here since they don't have the Japanese Version and don't have this track. SMH
Kind of gives me Dayvan Cowboy vibes. Definitely would have blended gorgeously with Music Has The Right… Or Campfire. It sounds very familiar.
This sounds like it might have been practice for New Seeds....🥀
Perfect BoC- sounding song!
Well, yeah
This BOARDS OF CANADA TRACK IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL ! Thank you, thank you.
this is such a bop
Reminds me of The Studio Ghibli.
Just the feeling i guess, not musically, right?

You're welcome guys!
Underrated gem. 😔

1st time here
Beautiful days I'm going to miss you
Finding it strange that this track isn't on the album I had or on spotify yet I've definitely heard it before but i'm not sure where or when..
Exactly! That is why I hate spotify (though I use it a lot). Lots of quality tracks are missing while youtube has practically everything!
@@notorioustim10spotify doesn’t upload music itself, artists or labels do it themselves.
So nice
If BoC and Rebekah Raff made a song, this is what it would sound like
Can't find it on Spotify, what a pity !
That because this song was only released in Japan.
Thank you
that episode?... with the Moon-onites... and Ur?... Ur is amazing... he is SOOOOOO funny.
WOW!!!
background
This song is not on my copy of CHP....why?
This was a bonus Track only for the Japanese release.
