The Marches: The Great Little Army, by Kenneth J. Alford ( march of the Canadian Army); La Prière en famille (slow march of the Le Royal 22e Régiment); Sarafand, by George Henry Wilcocks
A pleasure. Nice to see the Band of Le Royal 22e Régiment performing. There are only a few bands in the regular Canadian Armed Forces now and generally they don't do much marching or engage in many performances open to the general public. At least that's how it seems. Thankfully the British are keeping the tradition alive with wonderful displays particularly by the superb bands of the Household Division and by the very fine bands of the Royal Marines. They seem to be in the public eye all the time; certainly videos of them are pervasive on YT. That's how I've learned to identify many of the marches.
