I would like to give a little information. After the coffee is roasted, it must be waited for at least 15 days for gas release

BTW there are theories that right after roasting there is no CO2 in the beans. It starts developing after some hours after roasting.

I believe 15 days is a little bit much. Depending on the roast, 4 to 7 days should suffice. For darker roasts, shorter time is required since the roasting has already degassed most of the CO2.
