This is the WORST LAPTOP I have ever used .... Yes looks are very nice but NOT WORTH spending money to buy a laptop.
I am from Oman. After 3 times service just in a span of 10days, the service centre recommended the supermarket to give a replacement .... And the joke was 3 cases in the queue and NO STOCK in overall OMAN.
May not this particular model but this brand .... A BIG 'NO'
This is the problem with this laptop. Once gone is gone for ever

Bwalya mumba, I'm experiencing the same problem, not charging and not going on. How did you go about it?
This laptop cannot charge when battery is drained because charging is ok only when it is turned on. You cant turned on the unit when battery is drained. So if it is drained you cannot turned on the unit and it cannot charge. Its s flaw when they made this kind of laptop.

@@ghalialward3101 it's fixed, just opened the laptop and removed the battery for a bit them put it back on, or just wait for the laptop to 0% then charge

there is no zed keyboard for replacement.there is no accessories for it.if your keyboard completely damaged,put it in a side or sell.I'm stuck with this garbage..

Keyboard se problem ho sakta hai replace keyboard.. kyu ki keyboard me hi power key hai...nhi to pir motherboard se problem hai...mujhe to lagta hai aapka keyboard replace karne se problem solve ho jayega...auto shutdown ka problem keyboard se bhi aata hai...kyu ki power key automatic work kar raha hoga..
