Immigration is not going to totally close. But they will change it not immediately. Because Trudeau administration also became tighter and stricter against immigration nowadays. And Express entry system was launched by the Conservative Party. You can check out the history of EE. The same thing will stay for couple years but yes they will alter the system to facilitate genuine and effective immigration.
