  • Batman's rogues gallery is arguably the best that any superhero may have of all time. Batman's villains have teamed up hundreds of times to take on Batman of course but he's never had his own version of a Sinister Six. In this video I came up with 4 different Sinister Six teams that could be formidable for Batman.
Let me know what your Sinister Six team would like!

Your team three is very close to a lesson I had in my Modern American Myths class (Comic class). We were talking about why Batman's rogues gallery is the best. Each of his villains are representions (or are the antithesis) to aspects of Batman. Bane represents his strength, Riddler represents his brains, Two-face represents his duality, Scarecrow represents his fear (tactics), Penguin represents his money, Mr. Freeze represents his pain, Clayface represents his changing persona (kind of similar to Two-face), Man-Bat is the antithesis to his concept, Poison Ivy is the antithesis to his technology, Ra's is the "antithesis" to his mission, and Joker is the antithesis to his morality. There's definitely more, but those are the obvious ones.

I personally can’t see Joker on a “sinister six” type team nor given his reputation could I see any other rogue willing to work with him. It’d be like the Green Goblin on the sinister six, too much of a wild card. However I could see Penguin setting something up. So my team would be: Clayface, Two Face, Penguin, Firefly, Poison Ivy, and Riddler. In my mind I’ve always seen Bane as too proud to work with anyone. I know he has worked with rogues in the past. Just my personal head canon. Catwoman…I mean at this point, would any rogue REALLT trust her. It’s not like she’s NEVER been seen with Batman. Harley could work, but I feel like she’s now in the same boat as Catwoman. Mister Freeze wouldn’t really see the point considering he just cares about his wife. Killer Croc would probably join. He’s definitely an alternative. I could go on and on, but that’s my list 😊.

For me, I kinda thought of this concept as “What are Batman’s equivalents to Spidey’s rogues?”
    1. The Penguin as Doc Ock. They are both masterminds, they both are more of an intellectual challenge rather than a physical one, and they both have experience leading.
    2. Clayface as Sandman. This one is pretty obvious. They are also the more sympathetic villains on the roster.
    3. Bane as Kraven the Hunter. They are both genius tacticians. They both not only want to kill the hero, but they tie all of their self worth to their ability to kill the hero.
Poison Ivy as Electro. They both have elemental powers, but they also don’t hold killing the hero as their main objective. They both view Bats and Spidey more as obstacles than anything else.
Scarecrow as Mysterio, or alternatively, Riddler as Mysterio. These are pretty self explanatory as well. I’d personally go with Scarecrow so that we don’t have as much green on the roster.
Finally, Mr. Freeze as the Vulture. They are both older. They have both been screwed over by corporations. And having Freeze join the team maybe because Penguin is promising him some sort of cure for his wife would be interesting. Alternatively, Killer Croc could fill this role as well. He might not have the ability to fly, but just like Tombs, he is extremely bitter at the world and his respective hero.

I think my ideal lineup would be:
Bane (as the leader), Scarecrow, Clayface, Mr. Freeze, Man-Bat, and Killer Croc (as he was depicted in Knightfall).
This team in particular, I feel, really parallels the original Sinister Six in interesting ways and can also be turned against each other, either verbally or through force in combat, just as Spider-Man often would do.
Edit: after some unprompted reflection, I'd also accept Firefly on the team as a better Vulture analog than Man-Bat, who might be more unpredictable than Bane is willing to work with. I still like him better aesthetically and narratively, but I acknowledge he can be too difficult to work with to warrant a dedicated spot on the team.

I honestly cannot fault this line-up, that team has an amazingly diverse power sets and potential plot-lines to play with. I might be in favour of having it be a 'Sinister Seven' by making Penguin or Anarchy a 'man in the chair' shot caller or a backline hacker/intel specialist, respectively.
I'd also be on board with change ups, with Poison Ivy subbing in when Freeze is in prison, or Deathstroke taking over from Bane for some reason.
I absolutely wouldn't have the Joker be a reliable part of the team, because Joker doesn't share the limelight of Batman's attentions very happily, or at least not for long.

@@donovanbradford8231 I can't speak for OP, but both of them add some muscle to the group, and both Killer Croc and Man-Bat is definitely very similar to Spider-Man's enemy, the Lizard. But Croc adds some extra viciousness and is consistently a severe physical threat to Batman that can co-operate with Bane's strength and tactical planning. Man-Bat also adds a 3rd dimension to the battles that can be very useful to a well-honed team, if he can be controlled.

From a character perspective, who is actually going to be both willing to join the team, and who actually makes sense to join a team? What role would they have? I also want to have as diverse a team as possible from the perspective of "Who has abilities that can synergize well with other characters?" Finally I'd also want to have a team that point blank just meshes well together character-wise. I would also prefer if no members knew Bruce Wayne's identity since that would undermine the actual threat of the team from a story telling perspective since why would someone who knew his identity work with others without sharing it. With all of this in mind we can rule out quite a bit of Batman's rogues. Joker, Pyg, Hugo Strange, Black Mask, Zsasz, Bane, Ra's Al Ghul, Penguin, Catwoman, Riddler, and Hush as well as a few others don't match this criteria so I'm fine ruling them out. Now, onto the actual team members.
    1) Prometheus, I'm picking a strange character to lead but I think this makes sense. This team would work as a Batman-centered mirror of the Justice League and Prometheus fits as the batman clone and tactical strategist. He is also severely underutilized and having him be the main antagonist would help to bump up the actual threat he possesses. (Alternative options could be Deathstroke or Bronze Tiger but Prometheus is more directly related to Batman than either of those)
    2) Killer Croc, Croc would serve as the straight muscle of the group. I debated between him and Grundy but overall I think Croc would be better since he also covers the aquatic role.
    3) Firefly, I wanted an aerial Vulture-esque character and Firefly seems like a pretty straightforward fit. A flying man with a flamethrower covers two bases for me since a heat based threat would synergize super nicely with the next member
    4) Mr. Freeze, alright, so far this team is filled with C-Listers so I wanted to add some star power to it. Mr. Freeze also adds some nice utility to the team since ice powers pair wonderfully with Firefly. A creative writer could possibly do something with him and Croc as well since he could theoretically fill any location with ice and then melt it so Croc could be an aquatic threat.
    5) Scarecrow, this one just makes the most sense to me and seems to be the most common pick from everybody else in the comments. Mysterio proves that illusions work nicely with any other character and I could see Scarecrow being Prometheus' right hand in this team. I also wanted to add a more human character that doesn't have to be a physical threat to Batman at all times.
    6) Cluemaster, The final pick could go to just about anyone but I went with Cluemaster since this team needs a more standard intelligent character and since I ruled out Riddler I think it makes the most sense to go with another character that hasn't had a time in the spotlight in a long time. With that said I was pretty close to giving this spot to Clayface or Deadshot just to add another A-Lister here but Cluemaster seems like a more fitting inclusion since he's a riddler type of character that isn't opposed to working in a team.

It's Redundant for Ras to put such a team together when he has the League of Assasins at his fingertips.
Riddler has a huge ego so im not sure if he would do it. It would basically mean admitting he can't beat Batman by himself.
Penguin seems like the best choice, he's probably one of the few Batman Villians that doesn't simply see him as a challenge and would genuinely want to kill him enough to do something like building a team against him

This would be my Batman's Sinister Six:
    1. Bane. Considering his experience with being a tactician, he would lead the group. That and being the bruiser makes for a more interesting dynamic.
    2. Riddler. What is the "brawn" without the "brain"? Riddler is my second pick because of his capability to challenge the Dark Knight's intelligence. There is an added plus with his riddle rooms for Bane to analyze Batman's actions carefully.
    3. Penguin. Oswald here is more of the background support with his resources. Manpower, firepower, real estate- if it can be bought with money, Penguin can do it. This will help the Six with gathering what they need. And if push comes to shove, Penguin knows his guns and umbrellas very well.
    4. Clayface (Basil Karlow) This team needed some environmental control and trickery, and Clayface fits this bill. Even transforming into objects is within his repertoire. That, and being the Wild Card Support in combat makes him even better. I considered Poison Ivy as well, but Clayface's powers are a bit more versatile for Bane. Also, he can aid #6 so well with his acting capabilities and his shape shifting.
    5. Killer Moth. A lesser villain, Killer Moth fits the Ranged Support of this team so well, especially since he can fly with his suit. His Cocoon Gun also adds to his supportive capabilities. You could even use his Moth Cave as this team's HQ.
    6. White Rabbit (Jaina Hudson). An even lesser known villain than Killer Moth, her Power of Bio-Fission and her Deception skills make her the final fit. She is known to lure Batman into traps, especially since she and Bruce Wayne were in a relationship at one point. Despite her Bio-Fission making her Jaina Side not want to help this Six, White Rabbit fits so well with what Bane needs: the Bait and Switch. Besides, she has helped Clayface and Bane before, so her capabilities are well known to both.

    Bane: Leader/Strategist/Brute Force
DEATHSTROKE: I can’t believe I haven’t seen more people mention him. I know he’s not purely a Batman villain, but he totally counts in my book. This will provide a combative equal to Batman (or at least close to it). Not to mention his tactical smarts also.
The Riddler: I would go Joker but I just can’t be comfortable with him working in a team. The Riddler will challenge Batman mentally.
Black Mask: Crime Lord. You could go with a few different crime lords. But I feel like Black Mask is the most brutal. He will provide henchman and recourses also.
Clayface: Versatility, plain and simple. Although he can also be another brute force.
Scarecrow: Chaos, can affect the whole city if he wants. He’s a must have.

I feel like it's important that each member is different to the other, like a difference in tactics or abilities.
My personal Sinister Six would probably be: Hush, Bane, Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, and Penguin (I know it's similar to Team 4). Hush would be the leader as he's got an actual personal grievance, not with Batman, but with Bruce. He's also a master manipulator and can likely convince the other villains to join the team.
Hush is a master puppeteer, as well as a master of disguise (can disguise himself as other people with skin grafts) and can pose as Bruce and ruin his public reputation, forcing Batman to deal with both Bat-problems and Bruce-problems.
Bane would be the enforcer and tactical genius.
Mr. Freeze is the smartest and would invent stuff for the team or the grunts.
Poison Ivy could hold the city hostage by turning it into a jungle.
Scarecrow will psychologically mess with Batman.
Penguin will fund the operation and control the streets.

I think for my version of the team, I’d go with the following:
Doc Ock: Either Penguin or The Riddler! Oswald would have the resources, and the financial tools to organize a team, and Nygma definently has the smarts, and drive to gather everyone together.
Electro: since you need someone with high levels of a superhuman ability.. I’d go with Poison Ivy!
Mysterio: Definitely the Scarecrow! Both Quinten Beck and Dr. Crane use scientific weapons to completely gain the edge over the heroes, so I’d say he’d be the best choice.
Sandman: Obviously my choice would be Clayface! Both villains have the same abilities, and the same desire to gain wealth and ego.. just Basil would easily kill to gain it; only major difference.
Kraven: Hmm.. someone who can strategize the other members into direct positions to take out the hero, plus can also handle the Batman on his own, with a advantage. My first choice would be Bane! If not him, then maaaybe Prof. Hugo Strange!?
Vulture: Now this would be a hard one for me. My first choice would be Mr. Freeze! Both villains are older, and have been screwed over the companies they’ve developed there gadgets, and careers for. Plus, both villains see there heroes as major obstacles that constantly stand in their ways to success. Yet, this team could use a flying character. Just as Adrian provided eye-in-the-sky surveillance for the Six.. a good equivalent would be Firefly!

Dope concept, although me personally if I made a sinister six for batman I would try to mirror Spider-Man’s sinister six a bit more. I mean obviously the lineup has changed a million times but usually there’s a few main consistencies, which is actually another reason why I don’t think joker would fit. Also my list here is gonna be mirroring the OG sinister six lineup
    1. For the leader of my six, I’d actually put the riddler. Usually, Doc Ock is the leader of the six, and I think that riddler mirrors a lot of the traits that doc ock has, especially the ones that cause him to lead the team, they both are narcissists, both are on a really high intellectual level, both obsess over the heroes to a delusional level, etc
    2. Clayface would make a good member since his powers both add an environmental hazard to the fight and he can adapt to most of what batman throws at him, similar to sandman.
    3. Bane, he’s highly skilled both as a fighter and as a strategist, he would easily make a good filler for kraven
    4. Scarecrow, I’d put him in place of mysterio because his fear gas could bring in that psychological factor that mysterio brings into a fight
    5. Firefly, in replace of vulture, I think firefly could cover airways while also providing extra environmental support for the team with his flamethrower
    6. Poison Ivy/Mr Freeze, either or could really work, they both are forces of nature especially ivy which makes me lean more towards her, which would make for a smooth replacement of electro. I know neither of them have electric powers but they both can pull off extensive area control with their powers and drastically change how Batman has to approach his enemies.
A couple footnotes, I chose to avoid certain characters for obvious reasons, for example joker I feel like he’s a lot like the green goblin, who even tho was the leader of the six at some points, usually isn’t a part of that team let alone in charge, especially in mainstream stories (I can recall death of ultimate Spider-Man but I think that’s it). Plus like in the video joker doesn’t really work well w others, if he lead a sinister six he’d kill ‘em all on purpose. Ra’s Al Ghul was another viable option to being the leader, but I just feel like first off it’d be way against character for him to team up w criminals, plus he likes Batman so he wouldn’t join a team created in opposition to him. Just some small shit like that really

For the first team, I could see Riddler dropping hints as to both where he's at, as well as the villains he'll face.
One who broke the Bat's will and back
One who's 'two' excited to pick up the slack
One who loves a good punch line
One who's smarter than the divine
One who shows you a great fear
And one who's dressed for the gala this year!
(I'm too lazy to think of other teams for Riddler tbh)
There would either be some blacklights in the room where this message is kept, or Morse code in the message somewhere where the reader can also find. Something that would make them feel as smart as Batman

I know this is probably just me, but personally, I like whenever the Sinsiter Six have a certain theme or a connecting trait that ties them together, and typically that trait is that all their abilities stem from technology, such as armor and gadgetry. For this reason, my ideal S6 lineup is Doc Ock, Vulture, Rhino, Scorpion, Shocker, and Hobgoblin. Other times, I prefer when they are all animal themed, which would lead to the inclusion of other members such as Lizard and/or Beetle.
For Batman, I would probably go the same route. You could do a lineup of elemental based villains including Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Clayface, Firefly, Electrocutioner, and someone else (obviously Condiment King). You could also go the route of villains who frequently utilize toxic/mind-altering gases in their crimes, such as Joker, Scarecrow, Mad Hatter, Poison Ivy, Doctor Death, and Copperhead. You could even do a lineup of strictly mob bosses including the Penguin, Two-Face, Killer Croc, Ventriloquist, Black Mask, and Great White Shark. Just a few ideas for anyone like me who prefers when super villain teams have a connecting characteristic amongst themselves.

  • @reddeadspartan
    @reddeadspartan 6 месяцев назад +2

Excluding Joker makes sense, Green Goblin is typically considered Spider-Man biggest villain and he often isn't on Sinister Six incarnations.
Also If I had to make a team it would be:
Ra's al Ghul (the mastermind, filling the Ock role. He normallt wouldn't team up with these guys but I imagine this could all be a way to push Batman to his limits as a sort of test)
Bane (your tactical fighter and muscle, much like Kraven, and works mostly well on a team going off of Secret Six)
Firefly (airborne threat like Vulture and your unhinged element user like Electro, he can be hired so that makes getting him on board easier)
Scarecrow (fills Mysterio's "illusionist" role via fear toxin, he always seems up for messing with Bats.)
Clayface (your super powered power house like Sandman, could easily cover for Ra's too so the former can stay in the background)
Last spot I'd either give to Poison Ivy or Deathstroke, both could work on the team so it really depends on which is better for the plot.

before i watch the video, im gonna say my pic:

    - bane (a classic batman villain, would easily fit a leader role)
    - scarecrow (he would compliment the straightforward damage of some of the other members very nicely with his fear toxin)
    - poison ivy (again she adds very nice support)
    - a tossup between the riddler and two face (get it? toss up, cuz he's two face 🤣🤣)

My personal team would consist of:
Bane, Copperhead, Lady Shiva, Punchline, Gentleman Ghost, and Poison Ivy
    1. We need at least 1 A-list villain leading the team, so Bane is in.
    2. Copperhead and Lady Shiva are more than enough to provide a physical and tactical challenge.
    3. Joker doesn't work for a team, BUT a more calculated Joker-adjacent member like Punchline is a solid fit.
    4. Gentleman Ghost is my weird pick for this roster. He's not exclusively a Batman villain, which makes him unpredictable in the right way.
    5. For the purpose of this story, Poison Ivy is an antihero being coerced into joining this team for personal reasons.

If I were to design a Batman Sinister Six, the roster would look something like this:
    1. Scarecrow: A genius and master of fear itself, he's a no-brainer for batman's sinister six!
    2. Bane: Another no-brainer. Bane is one of Batman's most formidable enemies ever. Period.
    3. Dr. Hugo Strange: I feel like he is absolutely perfect to be the six's mastermind.
    4. The Riddler: I feel like he'd be able to design distractions for The Dark Knight while everyone else enacts the evil plan.
    5. Deadshot: It's pretty simple why he'd join the six. He's very deadly and they more than likely pay really well.
    6. Black Mask: He's providing most of the six's boots on the ground, and he obviously has an axe to grind against the Bat.
*Important people I omitted and why*
    1. Joker: Doesn't play well with others.
    2. Two-Face: See #1.
    3. Penguin: I think he'd feel that this is way too risky.
    4. Ra's Al Ghul: See #1.
    5. Mr. Freeze: See #1
    6. Poison Ivy: Doesn't play well with people who aren't Harley.
    7. Harley Quinn: She's either with the Joker, with Poison Ivy, or is a good guy.
    8. Clay Face: Too similar to Bane.
    9. Man-Bat: Too animalistic.
    10. Killer Croc: He doesn't care.
    11. Firefly: Wildcard in the bad way.
    12. Catwoman: She's honestly not even a villain anymore.

My picks. Preferably they would be a closer analogue to Spidey’s Sinister Six.
    1. Dock Ock: The Riddler
    2. Mysterio: Scarecrow
    3. Vulture: Man-Bat
    4. Kraven: Killer Croc
    5. Sandman: Clayface
    6. Electro: Poison Ivy
The Riddler would work well as a Dock Ock cunning mastermind behind the team. Most of the rest are for obvious reasons and Poison Ivy provides the same element factor and level of threat to Batman that Electro does to Spider-Man.
I don’t think Bane, Ra’s or Mr. Freeze would want anything to do with a team like this. On occasion they have been on villain teams but I find it very out of character.

I thought about this a while ago and made my own team.
    --
    Characters I immediately ruled out:
The Joker (+ Harley): We already see that in stories like Arkham Origins where The Joker is put on a team that he does not actually work as a team player w/ any of them, and doesn't keep anyone filled in. The Sinister Six should feel like an actual team that's on the same page and working towards the same goal. The Joker's goal w/ Batman is always fundamentally different than other Batman villains.
Ra's Al Ghul: Ra's just doesn't need a team. He has The League. He has Talia (sometimes) and he has Nyssa (sometimes). Ra's is likely going to be unwilling to work as a team player and he also usually has different plans for Batman compared to the rest of the villians.
Mr. Freeze: He's not necessarily villainous enough to be part of an anti-Batman team in my opinion. Freeze is mostly focused on curing Nora, and typically doesn't have a big grudge against Batman. I think Freeze is always best when working alone, both character-wise and plot-wise.
Catwoman: Obviously. Not really a villian.
    --
    Here are my picks:
Bane: I feel like this is an easy choice. He's big enough of a villain to confidently take on the leader role in the team. Highly intelligent tactician, and also physically intimidating. Can also deduce Batman's identity, which will give him a serious challenge on two fronts.
Scarecrow: He's almost always on a team, because he works very well within one. He's not much of a fighter but can create chaos citywide and also mentally afflict Batman.
The Riddler: Also works well on a team. Will challenge Batman's deductive skills the most aggressively out of the team. Easy choice.
Two-Face: I think is the best choice for a villain that can provide the jobbers and bankroll the team. Also has that theme of duality and isn't completely defenseless on his own which I think puts him above Penguin here-- and Penguin is also usually more interested in controlling Gotham and accumulating wealth to focus too much on Batman-- so their relationship is antagonistic, but usually Penguin isn't gunning for Batman directly, as they often work together. Black Mask could also be here, but I think Two-Face works better thematically and is simply more popular.
Poison Ivy: We need another direct combatant here, so I think Poison Ivy is a great choice. She adds the most variety to the group and is a huge threat if she gains enough power. Also, too many dudes in the group makes the dynamic a bit stale.
Deadshot: Want to round out the team w/ another physical threat. This was definitely the hardest pick, and I think replacing Deadshot here w/ Clayface (though his inclusion in a team this big makes it feel crowded), or Firefly, or maybe even Hush would work. Someone a bit more low-key fits here. I think a ranged threat adds more variety though, and Deadshot fits that role the best here. Adding another brute would feel a bit redundant IMO.

      @keithpace9870 6 месяцев назад

I agree, Mr. Freeze only hates Batman mainly for slowing him down or preventing him from finding a cure for Nora. I would say his grudge is more towards the person responsible for why he was made into what he became and having to rely on a special suit in order to move about in temperatures well above freezing.

  • @SHMOUSEY86

I love this concept and wanna see it happen so bad.
I couldn't ever see Joker, Ra's, or Ivy being a part of one of these team ups, though. I want to leave them out of the team because they're too invested in what they want.
1st pick is obvious: Bane. Gotta have someone that's going to test Batman's strength, and there's no one that could do that better than Bane. For once, I mainly only want Bane for his muscles and not necessarily for his brain, so the group would need a supply of venom and therefore money, leading me to the second member.
2nd is Penguin. This group needs a financial foundation, and Penguin is kinda just that guy. Plus I love the idea of the group trying to outfund Bruce. Also, I think Cobblepot's past with the Wayne family makes him a perfect candidate for the team.
3rd I have another rogue that has a deep personal connection to Bruce being Hush. I think having Elliot be a part of the team would be awesome, especially since I want to set this team up to learn Batman's identity. Beyond that, he's a great tactician that above anything else, would be able to get into Bruce/Batman's head.
4th is going to have to be someone to deal with the rest of the Batfamily. I think the man for that job is easily Deathstroke, seeing as he can solo most of the Justice League. He's also one of the few people in DC to really hold their own against Batman in combat. He's pretty op, which is why for the most part, I want him keeping Batman's allies in check.
5th is Scarecrow. He's the middleman that can really help anywhere he's needed. He can assist Bane or Deathstroke in a match with Batman or the Batfamily, he could help plot against Batman with Hush and the leader of the group, or he could just cause general chaos in Gotham. He's a good every-man for the team which is really what I needed to round things out.
6th and last is the leader of the team. Someone smart to unify/manipulate the team and plan everything from the shadows, but also someone to deduce that Batman is Bruce Wayne. I think the best person for that job is Hugo Strange.

Id say personally, just based on the dynamic and the characters, bane, scarecrow, twoface, clayface, mad hatter and hush, (or firefly for the wild card)
Imagine a fight with these six, bane, a man smarter and stronger than batman as the otto of the group, two face adding an element of chance and remorse, as well as his experience running gangs to organize the crew, scarecrow and mad hatter working together to completey destroy batmans mind and clayface and hush being themselves, it would be awesome. And it would exploit batmans detective side while also physically pushing him to the limit, and tapping in to the man side of batman, its got elements of all the best batman stories.
I personally dont like the concept of the joker in a group like this, as it sort of goes against everything he stands for, and his character just works better as a sole villain that allows for his dynamic with batman to shine.

If I were to create a Sinister Six for Batman, I think I'd actually stitch together some of the character ideas and team ideas together to make a team that would entirely match with Batman
Bane - The leader, the man who matches with Bruce's peak human strength and tactics, and the only one to break the bat
Riddler - Matching his intelligence and contrasting Batman's detective skills with his riddles
Scarecrow - Matching with their use of fear and a man who can understand how Batman ticks
Two-Face - Matching with Bruce's split identities and formerly one his closest friends, making it hurt more for Bruce
The Penguin - Matching up with Batman's money and would be able to fund the group
Mr Freeze - Matching with Batman's vengeance and would be willing to take from him in order to cure himself and his wife
The idea of this take on a Batman Sinister Six is considered which villians would be able to match with Batman when put together and a force that, in the minds of the team, would be able to take him down thoroughly and brutally

Mr Freeze (Building gadgets and machines to aid the team)
Killer Croc (The wildcard the team unleashes to cause chaos)

Very well-considered and articulated lineups! You're very right about Joker and Ra's, though. If the other adversaries did manage to pin down Batman, Joker would be just as likely to get bored and give Batman a chance to escape. For Joker, it's often not about winning. It's about the chaos that comes out of his conflict with Batman.

    My concept team.
1.Bane: he’s a match for Batman both mentally and physically and would be a prime leader for the team.
2.Penguin: he’s more reasonable than Two Face since he uses his coin for any decision Penguin on the other hand is likely to join for money and a chance to eliminate Batman.
3.Clayface: not only does he add more muscle his shapeshifting ability is extremely valuable.
4.Poison Ivy: her knowledge of poisons and plants can help debilitate Batman making it easier to take him down.
5.Firefly: his pyrotechnics expertise and jetpack can keep Batman moving and trap him with explosives.
6.Riddler: his intelligence and technology expertise can provide the team with surveillance and countering Batman’s own tech.
I primarily focus on characters who are likely to work together fairly reasonably and provide a variety of skills. I didn’t include Joker as he doesn’t work well in groups and would likely endanger the rest of the team and I didn’t include Mr.Freeze because unless someone is able to provide something that can potentially help Nora Freeze is unlikely to be part of any sort of team.

I don’t think Joker, Bane or Freeze would ever join a team to take down Batman. (Even though they did in Arkham Origins lol)
    So I would choose:
    Penguin
    Two-Face
    Killer Croc
    Scarecrow
    Riddler
    Clayface
    Incredible team 🔥🔥🔥

For my Sinister Six i tried to get a team with attributes similar to teammates from the original team (Doc Ock, Electro, Kraven, Mysterio, Sandman, Vulture)
    I would pick
    Mr Freeze (Doc Ock)
    Scarecrow (Mysterio)
    Man Bat (Vulture)
    Clayface (Sandman)
    Deathstroke (Kraven)
With Bane to fill out the last spot

  • @hollyjolly___

My sinister six has layers because I’ve thought about this for a while
    1. Joker- obviously he’s team leader and will have Harley on his side.
    2. Scarecrow- second hand man, also he makes all they’re toxins and gases they use
    3. Mad hatter- like joker he’ll have side kicks like white rabbits and march Harriet stand ins for his own Harley Quinn.
    4. Baby doll- the muscle. She’ll have killer croc goon for her
    5. firefly/killer moth- I see these two as a pair and couldn’t really separate them. But they are on the lower side of the team mostly getting in the way for the rest of the team to escape.
    6. zsasz- Ok the last spot was so very difficult to come up with I have an idea that they originally wanted riddler to join but he wasn’t as crazy as the rest of them so declined. And they ended up picking up zsasz to be there killer.
I could go two roads with a sinister six but I think being Batman’s version would be a team of crazy people and to be honest i think this team could actually work together other then some other Batman villains like I don’t think two face would work with joker. Lots of villains have they’re own thing going on where a team isn’t needed for them but my team works well. At least for my head canon

Best part of Spider-Man's Sinister Six is the capacity for collateral damage and scope of epic tag team boss fights. With that in mind, my Sinister Six for Batman consists of...
Ras - The leader of the team
Poison Ivy - The one woman army
    Clayface - The bruiser
Mr Freeze - The sympathetic focal point and technological genius
Firefly - The most mobile, possibly the wild card, and let's be real has good synergy with Freeze
Scarecrow - The one infusing their attacks with a bit of nightmare fuel
I know Batman outwits his enemies a lot of the time, but it would be cool to watch him take on a threat he hast to punch his way out of

There was an episode of The Batman 2000's cartoon called Team Penguin where Penguin tried to assemble a Sinister Six like team, it consisted of himself, Killer Croc, Firefly, Ragdoll (a JSA villain who in that show was a batman villain), and Killer Moth. Its said in the episode Penguin tried to recruit Joker, Bane, Riddler, and Mr. Freeze but wasnt able too.

  • @astrofox1488

I think a good team based on characteristics and personalities would be bane, scarecrow, firefly, Hugo strange, Prometheus, hush….lots of icons here I didn’t include like joker, riddler, ras al ghoul…and that’s only cause In jokers case he actually gets jealous over Batman and hates when others interrupt their game…including other villains and sidekicks. In riddlers case I think his ego is just too big to team up with anyone else. And ras al ghoul has respect for Batman and wants him to marry his daughter and take his place as the leader of the league of assassins so I don’t think ras would actively work with his villains especially after the one time he did and ended up having a major role in killing Jason Todd which severely bothered him enough that ras brought him back using his lazuras pit that and he has a whole army of ninjas too so I don’t think he needs to team up with anyone being that he’s a mastermind and can be a physical threat and meta physical threat all that aside ras also has morality a very extreme morality but it’s still there to a degree.

    3. Deadshot - Whos job would be to lead the Black Masks army on a manhunt
    4. Clayface - Who would infiltrate in the city hall

    6. Poison ivy - Who would use her power to block the city boarders

Honestly the Batman Sinister Six I can see is a collection of villains that have bested Batman in some way (sans Joker). And also the villains who would actually put their heads together to destroy all aspects of Batman other than brute force (i.e. a full fledged army)
    My picks would be:
    Bane
    Scarecrow
    Riddler
    Hugo Strange
    Hush
    Ras Al Ghul

6- Mad Hatter or Poison Ivy
I feel Bane would be the leader who would assemble the team and the others all contribute in their own unique ways. Scarecrow ans Riddler psychological threats, Ivy-Hatter with mind control, Clayface is a powerhouse and Deathstroke-Deadshot would be excellent assasins

Scarecrow (Villains love using his fear toxin)
    Clayface (Bag of tricks)
