Much of the video follows the Mickey Thompson Mustang Funny Car driven by Danny Ongais in the formative years of the division. Travel back in time, because there's something for everybody in this old school visit.

Mickey Thompson proved itself right in his predictions both of the 150 mph plateau and then again with the 5 second 300 mph passes which we're seeing today actually in the 3 seconds
