3M Thinsulate 75 All Season Window Film Summer & Winter Performance Demonstration walks through how this next generation low E thin film technology takes the performance of single pane clear glazing up to almost that of dual pane glazing for winter heat loss. The demonstration also shows how the film reduces solar heat gain associated with warmer, summer months. The demonstration used a FLIR thermal imaging camera and a BTU meter along with infrared heat lamps to measure heat loss reduction and heat transmission (gain) reduction. This demonstration was conducted at the NGS Solutions Center in Atlanta GA. This product is an excellent product to improve building energy efficiency- sustainability without having to replace the windows. NGS is a leader in supporting building sustainability and resilience.
