He barely posts and bans maybe a person or two a year for deliberate repeated trolling. Obviously not going to give the place away since I don't want a bunch of fucking teenagers ruining it. Not really any different than finding a good IRC room or newsgroup back in the day, just stay away from the big ones and learn to recognize warning signs early, you'll eventually find a good place.
