Have to say, I went from the S24 Ultra to the Nothing 2a and I am very impressed so far. I am a fairly light user and mostly use my phone for work, videos and social media. The 2a can keep up with these daily tasks no problem and I have to say the performance is fast enough. The cameras can't compare with the S24 especially at night but the photos taken are generally acceptable quality! The haptics are good, display is excellent, and battery life is great too! It really is a good all-rounder, but its just not exceptionally good in anything! Its more for people who use their phone for light tasks even if frequently, but dont really need a great set of cameras or the best gaming performance. The most refreshing thing about the 2a is the build. Having a lightweight plastic phone gave me a freedom that I never knew I was missing which is having a phone that I could care less about. When I have a flagship I'm always babying the thing and making sure its flawless at all times. With the 2a, I just slap on a good case and I generally throw it around in my car, on my table, etc. Its very comfortable to use because its so lightweight, and I thought the phone might feel cheap but it really does not.
Honestly, with that money, instead of getting an expensive phone, you might as well try build a decent desktop setup(which will have much more use than a phone). A cheap phone allows you to throw it around without a care.
i bought a cmf watch recently, and judging on my experience i would’ve rather spent the extra money and went with a better smartwatch..not sure if this translates to their phones as well
Yeah budget phones are worth it for the most part. The only thing I won't agree on is software support sometimes. As I had red magic and you rarely get updates. Maybe I missed something but I needed up ditching it for s24 ultra.
All these specs say shit had Samsung phones all broken all kinds of shit gets in fails breaks down. A cmf you drop it. It survives ,you drop a naked Samsung on the ground you better have an extended warranty
