      John Goodenough invented the Lithium Cobalt Oxide cathode he used and hence the rechargeability of lithium batteries. Looks like this guy invented the additional steps to commercialization, but yes, Goodenough should have been strongly credited and certainly not overlooked.

    Is there a contradiction between narrator's and Yoshino's telling telling? Narrator says "lithium atoms lose electron and gain them back" while Yoshino says "no chemical transformation. lithium ions move back and forth".
