@@na_fish_a Hi! The 5-star Memories available on the Wishing Well change monthly. As for which specific memories are in line, we currently do not have any information.

halp does getting a 5* before the guaranteed reset it
@iamoffu your pity will be reset everytime you get a 5 star. So if you got it on lets say 40 pity, itll go back to 0
I have a question about the Aurums pass … do you have to go somewhere to collect the daily gems and stamina or does it just appear when the game time resets? Sorry I’m just a little confused because it didn’t show up for me (´ π`)
Hi! No worries. You can collect the daily gems and stamina via Check-In, you can access it under Agenda. If you have the Aurum pass, you will get the free stuff in addition to the check in reward.

I finished all the journey deep space
Trials stories etc etc etc. I have nothing left :( and now I can't diamonds quick enough for event pool cards
Hi! Just letting you know the current event gives out 1000 diamonds from the Heartwork shop. 🙂 We also have a separate video on the list of free rewards from the game which includes diamonds that you can check out.
Hi, i have a question! How do i unlock a companion? A new zayne card just dropped and i have his card but in order to get the outfit it says i need to unlock the companion and i dont know how!? 😭

I have a question, if I delete the game it wouldn’t delete all my saved data from the account since I logged in with an email right?
Yes, as long as you have an account that you login using your email, then you're safe and you can also login on other devices too.

I have a question about the "share game content once" when I try to share it, they keep telling me to update to the latest version
Try checking the Play Store/App Store and see if you can update the game from there and make sure you have enough storage space on your device. If not, maybe try reinstalling the game, but make sure you have secured your account and remember your login details.

Im struggling with the battles they say the memory needs to be at level 15 even if my memory at level 20 literally above the recommended and I still loose ....do all the memories in the team need to be on the same level they recommend is one not enough Im so confused ?
Hi! Yes, that is exactly what it means. All memories in the team need to be at or above the recommended level. We have separate videos on the combat and builds that you can check out to make battles a little bit easier for you. 🙂

if I want to have 2 accounts, do I have to log in every time I switch accounts?
Yes. For android, I think some devices will let you run multiple instances.
Question, I have little to none space left to continue the main story. What will happen if I delete LADS data through settings? will my in-game data will be deleted? I just log out my account for safety but Im still contemplating to delete LADS data through settings
Hi! As long as you have the Infold account, your game data is saved in their servers. You can access your account in different devices and still be in the same state.

@@ThalryGames last question for confirmation, when you log in LADS there are three options and two of them are through email and Infold. I tried log in using Infold and it didnt work perhaps I sign up before only using email. But when I log in using email it came through. So this mean both email and Infold sign in are different, or it doesnt? You stated that as long as you have Infold account you can still sign in and the data are saved from the server. But Im only using email. Does it applies to email log in too? Are email log in is the same as Infold log in? Sorry Im just scared to lose all my savings in LADS if I delete my data settings^^
@@SarahSyawal Yeah... unless you register your email under Infold, the sign in will be different. Apologies for the confusion. Would recommend reaching out to the game's customer support instead, it should be available in the official channels.
Hello, I registred with an Apple ID but I’m soon gonna run out of space on my phone so I wanted to bind it to an Infold or a Gmail account to play it on my tablet but I don’t know how to do it
Hi! You can link your email in the Settings. From the main page, tap your name or level to go to your profile. Select the cog icon on the lower right to get to the Settings. Go to the Feature tab and, at the bottom, you will see a Service section. You can link your email there. Let me know if this helps. 🙂

Can we change the companion background..!? And if yes.., can you tell me how?
Hi! As of this version, we only have Destiny Cafe as the location for the homepage. But you can change the “time” so the background could be morning, afternoon, or evening iirc. Similar on how to change a companion, click the speech bubble on the slightly upper left of the homepage, then click the location icon on the right to choose.

Hi! I'm sorry, the Journey tab is no longer available on mine but do you mean the 'share official post' task? If yes, go to your phone and select the Public Account icon, the leftmost on the bottom right. Choose a public account and tap the clock icon on the right side of the account name.
You can select one and when you reach the bottom of some posts, there will be this chat bubble icon with a red dot next to the number of views and hearts. This means you can share the post with specific companions.
We have a separate video on this if you have difficulty following but I hope this helps. 😊
What to do with the coins? Where to use it?
You use gold to ascend or increase the level cap of memory cards and to enhance or level up protocores. If those terms confuse you, we have a separate guide for the game’s combat system that you can checkout.
How do I change my gmail on my lads account? I accidentally used my school gmail
For your account inquiries, in the game, you can contact customer service by tapping your name/level in the top left corner of the cafe screen, then tapping the cog icon on the bottom right, then the "more" button on the bottom right and then pressing support when the pop up appears.

I have a question what if my agenda has no tasks to do ?
Hi! If you have completed all the tasks, then you would have to wait the next day for the daily tasks to reset. Certain tasks also unlock once you've reached a specific point in the game.

Hi! If you're experiencing bugs in the game, try repairing the app via the wrench icon on the login page. If that doesn't work, you can contact the game's customer support. 🙂

How much of the blue light bolts do you have?? Cause I had the same problem and it was because I had reached the max of 9999 energizes.

Hi! You can view them under Date option on the homepage. For 5-star memories, it's under Falling for You while 4-star memories are under By Your Side.
How to delete this acc? I want to restart the game.
Hi! You can go to your profile > Settings > More > Deregister. Although please note that I have not tried this myself 😅
