@@bikingD true but remember a few years ago when someone had those cases of beer they purchased 250 cases of beer from Quebec driving to Ontario had it taken away by the RCMP and another Guy had 326 cases was charged by the RCMP as well after they left Quebec. So it’s better to either make your own or go across the Border very weekend with it.

I remember complaining about the high price of alcohol in Canada compared to the US a number of years ago. the person at the liquor store made a comment that, that's why we have such great health care in Canada. Well now all we have is over priced alcohol and no family doctors and huge waits for treatment. Its NOW loose loose under the Liberals and the lickspittle NDP
The health care system in Canada can't support the demand. Its all fallen apart. Not even close to enough doctors (my family hasn't had a family doctor for over a decade since our last one retired), wait times at emergency rooms measured in double digit hours, and months to get testing done. All those high taxes for what? A failed health care system. Tax tax tax and we have nothing to show for it...at one time sure...but not now.

When we visit our daughter in NY state, I always stop at the duty free on the way IN. I can get TWO 24 can cases for $35. Those SAME 2 cases at the beer store in Ontario are $90!!! More than DOUBLE!! It’s sickening

I was a tax accountant for three years. I thought I'd love saving folks money on their taxes but I was wrong.
Most Canadians could care less how much tax they pay. All most of them only cared about how much they were getting back. Few if any cared about how much was taken from them.
