This was fun! To be fair to your mom and sister, what they might have been smelling could have lost the top notes which can give a few more clues when it comes to what the mystery fragrances were. Also, having coffee beans or something to try and cleanse their scent receptors may have helped with getting more from each perfume. It looks like you have some favourite notes in fragrances though. Pear, peony and white florals seem to be top choices in your blends. - Jenn

I never had a sister, and my mom passed away when I was relatively young, so I never had a chance to experience moments like this. Your mom and sister seem to have polar opposite tastes in perfumes and that's totally normal, considering their age and personality differences. To each their own, right? 😉 My guess would be that your mom might prefer Alien to Angel. I'm curious if I'm correct. 🤔😄
I personally think she would hate them both. She is primarily a rose lover...you never know though! She DEFINATELY would hate angel 😀
I really liked hearing their responses too...it shows how individual our taste in fragrance is and that it is SOOOO subjective!

Donna by Trussardi was a total failure to me and my skin. Lemon usually turns very sour on my skin. It lasts no more than 30 min on my skin. I Love the White bottle, though..

I am super new to the fragrance world and this was so fun to watch. I don't feel so bad now when I get a bottle of something that my favorite ladies on RUclips love and I dislike it. I felt like my nose was broke because I didn't smell what they smelled. Angel Muse is a perfect example. I bought the etd because everyone said is smelled like nutella and I was so excited to get it and I was so disappointed because I do not smell any chocolate notes at all. To be honest it might have even made me not like it even more because of the disappointed 😄. I am going to try it in colder weather and see how I like it even though I get no chocolate from it. So it was great to see how different all of our taste is. I hope you can get together and do another of these again 😁 Thank you for your lovely videos 😊
Well I'm glad you are a part of the community! Angel Muse EDT is a tough one because it has that bright/tart fruit in the opening...I did find that as I sniff things...slowly I was able to pick out different things. This particular perfume and the edp are challenging because they have patchouli or akigalawood...both of these are pretty overpowering...
This was so nice to meet your Mom & sister, they are pretty. Next time have some coffee grounds nearby when doing a sniff test. 💕 💞
