Which wonder is next on your list to visit? And which is your favourite wonder in the game, and in real life? Love this content!!!

We’ve been trying for years to go to Tanzania and see Kilwa Kisawani, since that actually is my favourite wonder in the game (it’s soo strong if you’ve got a few city states suzerainties), but flight tickets have always just been out of our price range… and now with a baby seems like we missed our chance for a while! More realistically we’ll probably visit Venetian arsenal next lol! Dr. Crow says his favourite irl wonder is Taj Mahal, and with the red fort also in civ 7, India is moving up on our list of places to visit! Also thank you so much, glad you’re enjoying this series!!

@@Paisley_play This is a good pick!! I think the Great Bath may be my favourite in-game, purely for the quote. And I've always wanted to find some legit reason to sail through the Panama Canal, and also somehow to visit the Amundsen-Scott Station. Looking forward to the Venice and India vlogs one day soon!!!

lol oh man some of the wonder quotes are so interesting, maybe we should talk about some of them more! You’ve picked some challenging wonders to see irl! Apparently you can take a personal boat through the canal, so all you need is to learn to sail and maybe a yacht 😂

Since you mentioned it, Assyria is confirmed not to be in the game, nor will there be any Mesopotamian civ, though Dur-Sharrukin's presence has caused speculation that it will be one of the first DLC civs. These are the confirmed civs we know so far: Rome, Greece, Egypt, Aksum, Maurya, Han, Khmer, Maya, and Mississippi in the ancient era; Spain, Normans, Abbasids, Songhai, Chola, Ming, Mongolia, Indonesia/Majapahit, Shawnee, and Inca in the exploration era; and France, Buganda, Mughals, Qing, Japan, Siam, and America in the modern era. Additionally, we know the final ancient civ is either Persia or Polynesia, the final exploration civ could be Hawaii, Tonga or Polynesia (assuming it's not in the ancient era) and the final modern civs are three among these four: Germany, Britain/England, Russia/Soviets and Mexico.

That’s disappointing about Assyria, so it’s for sure we’re only getting 10 civs an era? I’m pretty sure I saw a city center building for Persia in the trailer!

@@Paisley_play They confirmed were getting 30 civs (+ Shawnee), and based on the UI we've seen, the spotted civs and them wanting related progression paths, it seems like indeed it will be 10 per era. You're right about the buildings, there were pretty Persian-looking cities seen in the trailers, plus the Gate of All Nations was a spotted wonder. We know the last ancient civ fits alphabetically between Mississippi and Rome too, leaving Persia a pretty likely candidate. The doubt stems mainly from there also being a Polynesian/Tongan wonder seen in the ancient era, so they could be getting that final slot. We'll likely know for sure within a couple of weeks as they reveal the final ancient civ.

I really dislike the design of the Great Bath. It's so anachronist, like they barely tried to make it look Harappan instead of inspired by more recent Indian architecture
