I am confused how these all articles say “alleged” when Brian confessed which lead to him being charged.

for legal purposes they cant definitively say anything unless he gets a guilty verdict, because charges can still be dropped or be proven innocent in court (not saying he will be just stating for the explanation)

@@emmalea1371 I know. They don't have to say "alleged" after the conviction, but they still have to say it even if with a confession, until a verdict is reached. I didn't listen to this closely enough to know when they said it, but those are the legal rules. Confession does not equal conviction.

That was the story he told most of his friends And it’s fucked up because they were told a completely different story of events.
