14:43 The Comet had a dust cover over the mantlet so it is canvas. 42:33 The Ram tank was not used in combat but was used as an OP tank for Sexton sections. The Sexton battery was a command Sexton without a gun and, two Sexton sections of four Sextons and a Ram OP tank.
As for the markings boys Fog of War does a fantastic job of explaining them ;) The comet sprue is an old kit, it was I beleive initially released in Monty's Hounds I started building Comet Squadron based on V3 rules. The Comet has a canvas cover over a "metal" manlet
Just a few points. The Tiger has FA 9, so AT 14 and 15 is very dangerous to it. FA 7 (like the Comet has) can save against AT 14 at long range, on a 6, so might only get bailed instead of destroyed, small chance but possible. I had a game the other day and one of my US Chaffee's killed a King Tiger by driving round the side of it and shooting. In the book, the Challengers can replaced a Firefly in a Cromwell troop, or be taken as a troop in it's own right, in a Cromwell squadron, there's loads of options in the book. I built the 4 of the Ram/Kangaroo/Sextons as Sextons, as with them being artillery, there's no point in only having two of them
Harry from "Fog of War" made a great video about british LW markings. At least he has 2 great videos about that topic.
Yeah, he has definitely covered this period.

I think Harry mentioned the ram tank OP thing. Interesting. I would have thought the Kangaroo would be fine.

All interesting points. Completely agree about 2 gun batteries.
you are so knowlegable😀
Too kind my friend, but thank you.
great job😄 if only shipping from England to us were cheaper
Sadly, it is crazy, especially on a big box like this. I do wonder if I should try and find a suitable company to do affiliates for over in the US.
Luv' ya...Johnny B
