Ma'am please clarify this query. Sec 6 clause 2 states " notice shall state the date which the pregnant woman will be absent not being earlier than 6 weeks from the date of her expected delivery" and in Sec 5 clause 3 states "maximum benefit a pregnant woman shall be entitled to maternity benefit is 26 weeks of which not more than 8 weeks shall precede the date of expected delivery". Does this mean a woman can only take leave 6 weeks before her expected date of delivery? If so, please clarify Sec 5 (3). Thank you
Both are two different things. First thing that u r asking is about the notice for claim .. u need to inform the employer know that u r pregnant and want leave and benefits..so that's for this. And last part u r asking about leave. So a total of 26 weeks of which 8 week before delivery
So taking into consideration section 5 clause 3, if a pregnant woman takes maternity leave for 8 weeks before the date of her expected delivery, when should she notify the same to her employer?
@@surbhisneha6612 see notifying to the employer is important but that doesn't mean that if she doesn't inform she wouldn't get benefits. She can inform anytime
Amazing secession, thanks a lot😄
Thank you so much ma'am
A stillbirth is the death or loss of a baby before or during delivery not the perfect born child.(12:20)
