But you have written 80 days instead of 160 days. I am confused, please clear which one is correct.

As you said probation period prr agar koi women employees hai or use 1 month work krte hue hua hai that is 30 days of her work. According to section 5(2) women who didn't work for atleast 80 days in 12 month isn't applicable for this act. So she can't claim maternity wages.
According to section 5(2) sirf 80 working days chahiye 12 mahine me se Act lagne ke liye. Or salary ko le krr koi bhi aaisa provision nhi hai jo ye kahta ho jis women kii jyda salary hai use maternity leave nhi milega ye sab prr applicable hai
