@@ShpendGashi-x5o Jeffersons are great for the entire torso due to the fact it is a cross-plane exercise. I like to do them relatively slow, with a 1-2 cadence down, pause, and 1-2 up and not resting at the top. The pause at the bottom provides me a stretch in my 60 yr old hips that I like. Usually use two 25 lbs plates on each side, so 145 lbs total. When I go lighter weight, then I increase the reps to 20-25 for a cardio workout. Give them a try. Enjoy.
He has grown his hamstrings and adductors bigger for sure, but the quads themselves I still see as a weakness. They don’t sweep out. He is always careful to pose or post with his knees pointed way out to show everything but the quad sweep. When I see him on stage at the O straight on in front poses after drying out and not pumped up during a leg workout, then we will see if he balanced out his physique or not. He needs separated big quads to place as high as people expect him to.

The bar looks like it's moving up and down on A Smith machine. That's like being able to hit well from both sides of the plate or shoot a decent jump shot with either the right or left hand. As if I wasn't already impressed enough with the CHAMP-CHAMP.

I think for the O in '22 he dieted the sweep away. If you look at the Pittsburg pro guest posing '22 they were huge and sweepy.
