I'm writing this on behalf on other Buddies...the reasons why we love Gfriend so much are because first.. their signature sound. Gfriend doesn't need to follow up with the trends because they set up their own and they are the genre itself which is Christian Horse Girl (innocent, bright, and youthful sound and aesthetic).. Gfriend has proven to the people that it doesn't necessarily for sexism to potray Women Empowerment...being innocent, modest don't make u seem weak at all.. meanwhile many kpop group nowadays are trying so hard to break into international markets by creating many songs with their genre (EDM especially) .. Gfriend is one of the group and the most famous one that are still preserving the original sound of Kpop..i don't care most western aint into their sound since it's Asian type of interest... don't underestimate them they have established such big fandom even they ain't popular as Blackpink.. On top of that, all of their song have meaningful lyrics, it's giving poetry, their songs doesn't have any explicit, cursing words/sentences...and mostly it's all in Korean.. Their choreography is one the most unique form amongst all of groups..it feels the choreo is dancing to the lyrics, it potrays the lyrics of the songs as well..hence that's why if make a solo cover you won't find it that hard for some parts because it's really when u dance it as group..the coordination among members are so precise + their movements are so hard and so knife-liked...but they are still can sing so stable..what group can be as great as them? Their friendship is beyond than anything else..we can see how genuine their bond is.. they've been going through a lot since their trainee era..from base on basement until can make their company bought their own building and managed to pay their debt during their trainee and debut era in just two years and their whole company debt as well...They ain't friends because they are in as a group (business partner) but because of they are friends they're in as a group...how devastated they were when they unwillingly have to be separate away..during that time they are still in contact.. they still support eachother, meet eachother even their schedule are different..their bond has gotten stronger..and now they are comeback because they really meant it when they said Gfriend is still here .

I'm writing this on behalf on other Buddies...the reasons why we love Gfriend so much are because first.. their signature sound. Gfriend doesn't need to follow up with the trends because they set up their own and they are the genre itself which is Christian Horse Girl (innocent, bright, and youthful sound and aesthetic).. Gfriend has proven to the people that it doesn't necessarily for sexism to potray Women Empowerment...being innocent, modest don't make u seem weak at all.. meanwhile many kpop group nowadays are trying so hard to break into international markets by creating many songs with their genre (EDM especially) .. Gfriend is one of the group and the most famous one that are still preserving the original sound of Kpop..i don't care most western aint into their sound since it's Asian type of interest... don't underestimate them they have established such big fandom even they ain't popular as Blackpink..
On top of that, all of their song have meaningful lyrics, it's giving poetry, their songs doesn't have any explicit, cursing words/sentences...and mostly it's all in Korean..
Their choreography is one the most unique form amongst all of groups..it feels the choreo is dancing to the lyrics, it potrays the lyrics of the songs as well..hence that's why if make a solo cover you won't find it that hard for some parts because it's really when u dance it as group..the coordination among members are so precise + their movements are so hard and so knife-liked...but they are still can sing so stable..what group can be as great as them?
Their friendship is beyond than anything else..we can see how genuine their bond is.. they've been going through a lot since their trainee era..from base on basement until can make their company bought their own building and managed to pay their debt during their trainee and debut era in just two years and their whole company debt as well...They ain't friends because they are in as a group (business partner) but because of they are friends they're in as a group...how devastated they were when they unwillingly have to be separate away..during that time they are still in contact.. they still support eachother, meet eachother even their schedule are different..their bond has gotten stronger..and now they are comeback because they really meant it when they said Gfriend is still here .
