My guest this episode is John Ryder a British professional boxer known for his rugged style and resilience in the ring. He stands around 5 feet 9 inches tall (175 cm) and typically competes in the super-middleweight division. In the ring, Ryder is known for his aggressive approach, coming forward and applying pressure on his opponents, which has earned him the nickname "The Gorilla."
